FredPak - accidentally ceasing of medication upon scanning
When you are on a patient medication list page in Fred Pak, if you accidentally scan something, it will automatically cease the first medication on the top without any warning or confirmation. This has happened a few times and it is dangerous. Can this be fixed?

Automatically remove the Safety Net number from all linked family members
In cases where a Safety Net card is issued in error, removing the SN number from a profile should automatically update all other profiles linked through family maintenance. In Fred Classic, this process was automated, ensuring all linked family members were updated simultaneously. However, in Fred Dispense Plus, users must manually remove the SN number from each linked profile individually.

Alert when dispensing a specific drug to a specific patient
Alert when dispensing a specific drug to a specific patient sort of like a patient allergie. More like a drug note than a warning. As the note gives flexibility on what we can alert the dispensing pharmacist.
Where this is relevant is if a patient is on staged supply for a specific drug. We could have an alert for this drug for this patient, so if a locum pharmacist is dispensing it would trigger them to look rather than just dispensing and supplying. This could also be utilised if a patient is getting a specific drug quite early, we could…

Automatic update of FRED Dispense private/OTC price when FRED office changed?
Can we please get FRED Office and FRED dispense OTC dispensed item prices integrated? For all OTC lines that we dispense, if the price has changed in FRED Office, the price doesn't automatically change in FRED dispense. Is there a way to make this happen? Thank you

New Patient (update everything before saving)
Ability to add patient details such as allergies or attributes when adding a new patient BEFORE saving as saving exits the screen and you have to go back to edit everything else.
OR 'save and close' and 'save' button.1 voteThank you for your feedback

Check escript when scanning label
Be able to check an escript when the label is scanned immediately after dispensing. Having to go into "final check" is an extra unnecessary step especially when you are the dispensing pharmacist. MINFOS have this ability already.

60 days price
Can a separate option be created which allows pharmacies to charge "allowable additional patient charge" for 60 days dispensing? This will help pharmacies to charge maximum PBS price for 60 days scripts without affecting the price for 30 days.

Automatic conversion of dose from mg to mL of oral antibiotics.
A feature to automatically convert the dosage from mg to mL of oral antibiotics. Eg/ Dr prescribed amoxicillin 250mg/5mL, and prescribed 120mg tds.
120mg=2.4mL (we would need to manually calculate this)
It would be ideal if Fred could automatically convert the mg to mls in this case.

Better use of the Warnings tile to display associated custom Sigs
Would like a way to show custom sigs associated with drugs (particularly S3 ?items)
Suggest to display this in the Warnings tile where we don't look at all details (e.g. S/Care suggestions)e.g. ?dispense an S3 (ventolin)
Warning tile to show

Paperless - Search by script number
Medview Paperless - have the ability to search for scripts by script number and not just PBS claim number. The current settings makes it very time consuming to locate any private prescriptions which is a large portion of our compounding scripts.

Option add IsCancelled column to the List of Script Report
At times, users need to view a list of all cancelled PBS and Private scripts. Ability to add an IsCancelled column to the List of Script Report would be beneficial.

CTG Safetynet
Hi
Concessional CTG patients still accumulate Safetynet Totals. This is annoying as when they reach the threshold, the SN Card Issue triggers and won't go away until you issue a card. This is a bit annoying as SN is useless to a patient who already gets scripts for $0. Please turn off the SN Card Issue Trigger for Concessional CTG Patients.1 voteThank you for your feedback

Persistent Login/SSO for Fred+ Dispense: Stay Logged In to eMIMs, AMH, NDSS, and eTG Tools
Fred+ Dispense integrates essential tools such as eMIMs, AMH, NDSS, and etg, yet it lacks persistent login sessions, saved credentials or a Single Sign-On (SSO) feature.
Users find it quicker to access these tools via Google Chrome, where saved login details enable instant access, even though this is a less than ideal scenario.
Implementing persistent login sessions within Fred Dispense Plus would not only streamline access to these critical resources but also enhance the user experience and greatly improve workflow productivity without needing to leave the Fred+ Dispense ecosystem.4 votesThank you for your feedback

Medication Direction (SIGs) Typing Guideline changes required for Numerals and verbs
New Pharmacy Students and Pharmacists are being encouraged to use the National standard for labelling dispensed medicines from July 2021 (located: https://www.safetyandquality.gov.au/publications-and-resources/resource-library/national-standard-labelling-dispensed-medicines) for clear and consistent labeling.
With the Fred Dispense Plus SIGs, these standards are unable to be followed easily. When a number is type it is expressed as a word not as an numeral.
The standards are recommended change to expressing Numbers as numerals and administration verbs. Examples of changed we would like implemented based on this National Standard
