incorrect brand scan
Is it possible to approve a scanned item, with a different colour tick for example, even if it is a different brand? It would highlight that the drug, form and dose are correct but just incorrect brand match.

Clear and unique drug descriptions
For drugs like Vabysmo PFS vs Vial, they are hard to differentiate in FRED Office. The strength is the same and there is nothing else in the listing that allows you to differentiate between the two when generating reports from FRED Office.

Can we have the option to add a shipping address and the option to print on address label
We would like to have the option to add and print a shipping address label. Sometimes we send medication to a patient's work address or if they are on holidays to their alternate address. This helps identification when we do our second check to make sure a package is going to the right address.

Search patient by phone number

Set pricing for private eRx scanned scripts to be $0.17 dearer to cover eRx fee for private prescriptions
With eRx fee introduction for eRx barcode scanned scripts can a feature be implemented where we can pass on these costs to the patient's script pricing? i.e. private price for eRx be $0.17 more expensive but not affect private scripts that are manually dispensed

Software update notification
Currently, the release notes are updated a few days before the software update is rolled out. However, users are unaware of these updates unless they regularly check the website. Users would like to receive a notification, such as an email sent to the store’s email address, before the software update is released so they can know in advance what to expect in the update.

Pharmacist in FRED Reporting
When viewing reports in FRED Office, the "Responsible pharmacist" data should be transferred to "Pharmacist" in FRED Office Dispense reporting as it is currently reflecting who dispensed the item - not the pharmacist who checked/is responsible for the dispensing.
This is important for regulations in pharmacy as a dispensary technician cannot be recorded as a pharmacist.2 votesThank you for your feedback

bulk history merge
Adding a bulk patient history merge feature would help clean up duplicate patient profiles quickly. Searching for duplicates of medicare card number, DOB, name or a combination of these identifiers and allowing a bulk merge of all patients with duplicated profiles. Other dispensing softwares have this feature and I believe it would be a nice addition to Fred Dispense Plus.

Display electronic prescription in homescreen
Display electronic prescription in homescreen (next to Warnings or some where around there or where the app bar is). Makes it easier to look at the original electronic script when checking medications before handing it out. Usually with paper scripts we leave the original paper script to be checked with the basket of medicines before handing it out. However with electronic ones there is no way to check it seamlessly without going into the patient's profile and 'editing' each script. Customise labels
The user would like the ability to customise the design of the dispense labels.
The pharmacy is currently using blank labels but finds that the text size of the pharmacy details printed on the label is too small. They would also like the option to include additional information, such as the pharmacy's opening hours, when the blank label setting is enabled.

Data has been changed prompt
Remove the popup that says "Patient update Data has been changed on this form..." when no data has actually been changed. It requires and additional step which is unnecessary.

Highlight patient price changes in Final Check Screen
Patient history/compliance check shows previous pricing but this could be clearer.
Perhaps the current script could be highlighted in a different colour in the dispense history (e.g. yellow)
