Automatic conversion of dose from mg to mL of oral antibiotics.
A feature to automatically convert the dosage from mg to mL of oral antibiotics. Eg/ Dr prescribed amoxicillin 250mg/5mL, and prescribed 120mg tds.
120mg=2.4mL (we would need to manually calculate this)
It would be ideal if Fred could automatically convert the mg to mls in this case.

Remove Scripts from Holding/Deleted Report Once Reclaimed
Remove scripts that been put on hold from the Holding/Deleted Scripts report when they have been successfully reclaimed. At the moment scripts remain listed as 'on hold' in this report even though they have been reclaimed. This makes it difficult to determine which scripts have and have not been reclaimed when going through this report.

AusDI CMI Retrieval for Selected Dispensed Product in Wait Screen
Description:
Currently, Fred Dispense Plus integrates with AusDI to allow printing of Consumer Medicine Information (CMI) for the last dispensed product via the AusDI tile. However, a significant workflow issue arises when a user forgets to print the CMI for a previously dispensed item and subsequently dispenses another product.
Problem:
When a user selects a previously dispensed product from the "wait screen" (or similar screen where dispensed items are listed) and attempts to retrieve the CMI via the AusDI tile, the system retrieves the CMI for the most recently dispensed…

Digital baskets integrating with script link
It would be great if the digital basket's could be scanned at the till to pay for the prescription items and that would automatically reset the basket. I believe you can scan an address label into Fred POS and that brings up the scripts for that patient on script link. Could the digital baskets have the same ability to do that?

Allow scanning of product barcode when selecting item for dispensing in Fred Dispense
Allow pharmacist to scan the product barcode when selecting a product for dispensing.

Button to Stop Safetnet prompt for a customer
Please add a button to stop prompting for a safetynet to be issued.
For example if the patient is an individual who is CTG registered and has a concession card there is no point issuing an SN card as price to patient doesn't change.
It currently prompts after they reach 36 scripts EVERY time you dispense a new script until the end of the year. This is very annoying.2 votesThank you for your feedback

60 days price
Can a separate option be created which allows pharmacies to charge "allowable additional patient charge" for 60 days dispensing? This will help pharmacies to charge maximum PBS price for 60 days scripts without affecting the price for 30 days.

FredPak - accidentally ceasing of medication upon scanning
When you are on a patient medication list page in Fred Pak, if you accidentally scan something, it will automatically cease the first medication on the top without any warning or confirmation. This has happened a few times and it is dangerous. Can this be fixed?

Automatically remove the Safety Net number from all linked family members
In cases where a Safety Net card is issued in error, removing the SN number from a profile should automatically update all other profiles linked through family maintenance. In Fred Classic, this process was automated, ensuring all linked family members were updated simultaneously. However, in Fred Dispense Plus, users must manually remove the SN number from each linked profile individually.

Medication Direction (SIGs) Typing Guideline changes required for Numerals and verbs
New Pharmacy Students and Pharmacists are being encouraged to use the National standard for labelling dispensed medicines from July 2021 (located: https://www.safetyandquality.gov.au/publications-and-resources/resource-library/national-standard-labelling-dispensed-medicines) for clear and consistent labeling.
With the Fred Dispense Plus SIGs, these standards are unable to be followed easily. When a number is type it is expressed as a word not as an numeral.
The standards are recommended change to expressing Numbers as numerals and administration verbs. Examples of changed we would like implemented based on this National Standard

Alert when dispensing a specific drug to a specific patient
Alert when dispensing a specific drug to a specific patient sort of like a patient allergie. More like a drug note than a warning. As the note gives flexibility on what we can alert the dispensing pharmacist.
Where this is relevant is if a patient is on staged supply for a specific drug. We could have an alert for this drug for this patient, so if a locum pharmacist is dispensing it would trigger them to look rather than just dispensing and supplying. This could also be utilised if a patient is getting a specific drug quite early, we could…

Paperless - Search by script number
Medview Paperless - have the ability to search for scripts by script number and not just PBS claim number. The current settings makes it very time consuming to locate any private prescriptions which is a large portion of our compounding scripts.
