Ability to change the default number of labels printed
Currently when completing a script for a multi pack script the default number of labels matches the number of packs dispensed. Would prefer a setting as per Classic dispense so that the default can be set to 1 and then changed if needed during dispensing

Defer an escript
We are getting many people sending us their e script tokens to keep on file. Currently they sit in the Queue in Medflow until they need it. Deferring it will allow us to keep it in their file and in their history

The option of updating patient details as per eRx code
In Fred Dispense, if someone is scanning an eRx code of a new script for an existing patient and the address of the patient is different on the script to what is on Fred, a pop-up comes up prompting the option of updating the address and adding any other missing details. This option is currently missing in FredNXT and it would be quit beneficial to add it.

Can we please show cancelled events in the script audit as it will be good to know information for the time and date and user who cancelled the script

Erx doesn't match for private patients
As in FRED classic, private patients should match first name options. It makes it impossible to find the patients often ending up in duplicate patient entries. Especially if they have a common name. I have to dispense manually to match the patient. With E-scripts, you can't even do that!

Drug Link Code to be visible in Fred Dispense Plus screen
The drug code can currently be found in Administration -> Drugs. This idea is to add the drug code to the main dispense screen in the drug details tile

Facility after patient name on Address/Delivery label
As with dispensing labels, having the facility code after the patient name on the address/delivery label would be useful. Indeed, with 390 facility patients, more than useful.

Duplicate sticker enhancement for small labels
When using dispensing small items i.e eye drops we would like to use the small bottom label on the drug, and then stick the top right label on the duplicate.
Potentially add these options in Admin>Dispense Options
