    You can now add NDSS number or any other patient attribute using the new Patient Attributes feature

  2. Min NHS Price based on Quantity

    With the 60-day dispensing changes, we would like to be able to set a NHS Min based on quantity of packs being dispensed.
    eg. 1 pack min is $18.95, when 2 or more then the price is $28.95

  4. escript preference in patient banner

    The e-script preference for patient needs to be on header with ther patient crital info!! And need to be visible even if script is not being dispensed. Helps with discussions to patient about where their script has gone and also helps us make sure we are efficiently setting up - otherwise we have to go into profie and change after for eg. it prints a token.

  5. Taking a picture/document and upload into Patient History

    Would like to take a picture of the hospital discharge info/doctor's notes and insert (upload them) into patient history in Fred Dispense Plus.

  6. Details on ePrescription repeats not translated

    Very often when a repeat was scanned, paper or token, various details on last dispensing, same pharmacy or others, do not always translated properly - eg. private was dispensed but kept asking for authority detail when scanned, price not the same as last dispensed, number of repeats missing, interval missing for S8, need to keep entering medicinal cannabis item manually especially Cannatrek. These all make a very frustrating and slower dispensing experience.

  7. Have a button to view list prescriber list

    Can we please have button that enables us to view the list of prescribers and their details eg phone and email, from the wait screen or similar (similar to what's in classic)?

  8. Ability to select which item goes on the multi-item invoice

    Currently, if work cover and private items are dispensed under a single profile, there is no option to print multi-item invoices just for the work cover items.

    Users would like to have the ability to select work cover items only for the multi-item invoice and send it to the insurer.

  10. Print Patient Dockets for Script Collection

    "Print Patient Dockets for Script Collection" for scripts in and out use. used this feature in FD and would like to see it in Fred Dispense Plus. it was the best way to manage scripts coming into the pharmacy.

  13. Print Multiple Labels: Option to print or not print labels for associated drugs

    Useful for drugs such as, Symbicort 400/12 or Nexium HP7.

    Currently prints automatically for all.

  14. Minimum price function

    Currently, the system does not apply the minimum price configured in the pricing option when the user edits the quantity of a medication with a set price. The user would like the minimum price to be applied even when the medication has a set price and the quantity is edited.

  15. Report on 60 day dispensing

    Report to show the number of 60 day scripts dispensed with profit and maybe quantify loss of dispense fee. Script report that can be run for a given date range

  16. Keyboard shortcut to access Drug Admin for pricing etc

    Would be great to have a shortcut to access Drug Administration to edit pricing etc in a more timely manner.
    Currently have to go to Wait Screen, then Admin, then Drugs. Can't be in the middle of dispensing a script and quickly access this screen. Need to finish script then go to Wait Screen etc.
    In Classic, can press Alt+L then D (ie all keyboard strokes) and can be in the middle of dispensing and not lose the script.

  17. Set price list

    I can't seem to be able to print a set price list for under co-payment and private lines. An easily printable table with set price, last cost etc would be very helpful for quick pricing reviews.

    Secondly the set pricing process is tedious. I have seen other vendors (ie. MINFOS) where pricing can be updated in a table form, quickly moving from drug to drug as opposed to logging into each line individually through ADMINISTRATION>DRUGS

  19. Automatically update new Medicare number from PBS

    When getting this error: "R 111 - The Medicare card issue number provided for this patient is incorrect - correct Medicare number found" New Fred doesn't automatically import the updated medicare details when the script is edited (like Fred classic use to). Have to manually edit the number, and THEN the system says its found new details -_- Frustrating.

  20. Edit a Script to go directly to script not the Wait Screen

    When choosing to edit a script, can it go to directly to the script and not the Wait Screen?
