  1. Print Patient Dockets for Script Collection

    "Print Patient Dockets for Script Collection" for scripts in and out use. used this feature in FD and would like to see it in Fred Dispense Plus. it was the best way to manage scripts coming into the pharmacy.

  2. Have "tags" for patients that are highlighted on the profile bar. eg. "WEBSTER PT", "MEDADVISOR", "SIMILAR/SAME NAME ALERT", "TOP CUSTOMER"

    The tags should be coloured and easily seen, and ticked easily from the main profile edit screen. Would be a killer feature.

  3. escript preference in patient banner

    The e-script preference for patient needs to be on header with ther patient crital info!! And need to be visible even if script is not being dispensed. Helps with discussions to patient about where their script has gone and also helps us make sure we are efficiently setting up - otherwise we have to go into profie and change after for eg. it prints a token.

  4. Minimum price function

    Currently, the system does not apply the minimum price configured in the pricing option when the user edits the quantity of a medication with a set price. The user would like the minimum price to be applied even when the medication has a set price and the quantity is edited.

  5. S8 and S4D escript dispensed elsewhere notification needed when repeat not due

    If a S8 or a S4D e script has been dispensed elsewhere, a notification does not pop up if the prescription interval has not yet lapsed. Can this be implemented into dispensing software to prompt pharmacist that the interval has not lapsed yet and should not be dispensed.

  6. Min NHS Price based on Quantity

    With the 60-day dispensing changes, we would like to be able to set a NHS Min based on quantity of packs being dispensed.
    eg. 1 pack min is $18.95, when 2 or more then the price is $28.95

  7. eRx got cancelled with a new token scanned

    We have encountered several occasions when we scan a new token at wait screen, it straight away cancels the latest prescription done. It is observed that it always happens when the token as a "C" as the first alphabet of the code. Could you please add a warning or extra confirmation to avoid it?

  8. Dispensing shortcut 'aey' - please change from 'Avoid contact with eyes' to 'into the affected eyes'

    For more than 20 years, different pharmacies and dispensing systems have used the shortcut, 'aey' for: into the affected eyes.
    Now, FRED dispense plus has made it the opposite direction of: AVOID contact with eyes or mucous membranes.
    As it is a system sig, it cannot be changed. Please remove it all together, or allow us to adjust it to our preferred sig.
    Extensive muscle memory has me writing incorrect directions on dispensing labels.

  9. Prompt to advise scan check has already been performed correctly if a different medication is accidentally scanned

    Scenario:
    - Pharmacist scans label followed by correct medication
    - Scan check banner appears green
    - Scan check banner remains on the screen
    - Pharmacist accidentally scans a different medication
    - Scan check banner turns red
    - Scan check on wait screen will appear with a cross, even though initial scan check was correct

  10. Report on 60 day dispensing

    Report to show the number of 60 day scripts dispensed with profit and maybe quantify loss of dispense fee. Script report that can be run for a given date range

  11. Print bulk address labels from facility reports

    Under facility reports it'd be really useful to have a function to print address labels for each patient listed in the selected facility rather than having to find each patient and print individually

  12. Keyboard shortcut to access Drug Admin for pricing etc

    Would be great to have a shortcut to access Drug Administration to edit pricing etc in a more timely manner.
    Currently have to go to Wait Screen, then Admin, then Drugs. Can't be in the middle of dispensing a script and quickly access this screen. Need to finish script then go to Wait Screen etc.
    In Classic, can press Alt+L then D (ie all keyboard strokes) and can be in the middle of dispensing and not lose the script.

  15. Ability to select which item goes on the multi-item invoice

    Currently, if work cover and private items are dispensed under a single profile, there is no option to print multi-item invoices just for the work cover items.

    Users would like to have the ability to select work cover items only for the multi-item invoice and send it to the insurer.

  18. Record non GTIN barcode for scan check purpose

    Fred Dispense Plus currently accepts product barcodes up to 13-14 digits in length, aligning with the GTIN framework.

    Nonetheless, specific cannabis products deviate from this standard by utilizing barcodes exceeding 14 digits, some containing characters.

    Users would like the functionality to enable the recording of non-GTIN-compliant barcodes against item cards to allow scan checks of these cannabis products.

  19. "SE" and "NR" sigs should be removed automatically if it's the last repeat dispensing

    Fred Dispense Plus should automatically remove "SE" and "NR" sigs from the direction field if it's the last repeat dispensing

  20. Account tile in dispense screen to display autocharging indicator

    Account tile shows account limit and balance but not indicator if a patient autocharges or not. Please include autocharge (yes or no) on this tile
