  1. Ability to transfer broken packs to other stores. Other software providers have ability to transfer say half a pack out, otherwise we either have to transfer a full pack or reduce our stock by 1 manually

  4. Ability to print/email a Purchase order from Fred Office that includes our store details (including shipping address) and the cost pricing (pricing quoted by Supplier). Currently only have option of including store details with no costs involved or if the cost price is included on the order, the store details are missing. Have had multiple Suppliers request purchase orders include our store details and address as well as the quoted prices of the items being ordered.

  6. The Item Usage graph has two options, Bar or Line only. We would like to be able to see it in a linear dynamic view so that the last entry is the current month and the first entry would be same month 3 years ago.

    eg. Current month is October 2024 graph would show
    Oct 2022, Nov 2022 ....etc... Sep 2024, Oct 2024

    The Sales > Product Usage by month report, showing This month, Last month, then each month thereafter converted to a graphical view in the Usage Summary of inventory / Ordering is what we are looking for.

  8. with HQID coming from the Appcat database the ability to import with this value would be more reliable than importing Vs reorder number when multiple different suppliers are sometimes used in the import document.

    1. When a patient details are updated in Fred Dispense they will need to manually make the changes to Fred Office Customer even though they are linked. Would be better if it asked would you like to update or even if you can just have an extra option in Address to select patient Details.

  11. The dispense scripts reports should be able to allow us to add a column for mobile telephone number. We need to extract telephone numbers in bulk so we can sms patients on a particular drug in bulk

  12. Please allow the ability for items to show up as different colours in the purchase order. This is so staff know that these items can be purchased as part of a monthly bulk buy and to not re-order if necessary. I understand items can be set to "do not place on purchase order" but this often leads to items being missed altogether.

  13. Any new item created that is put in the Ethical Department automatically set to "Non Discountable"

    Currently - all new stock cards are created and are set as able to be discounted at the register.

    I think all departments should have the option for global "Discount" or "Non Discount" without having to go into individual stock cards or even using the Quick Action Tool.

  15. Currently in Dispense Plus and Fred Office Plus, Drug and Products exist independently and have to be linked with a drug code.

    While this has advantages for third party integrations - user would like to have a more seamless experience when using Fred Office Plus and Dispense Plus.

    For example, when creating an own brand drug in Dispense Plus with barcodes, pricing, supplier details etc- user would then need to create a product card in Fred Office and update the same details.   19. I would love the ordering templates to adjust for items that are "out of stock" on their stock card (as per OOS data from wholesaler) , as they do for items already "on order" so I dont have to deleted them off my order every day or risk missing a return to stock by marking "not to place on purchase order".
