  16. Please consider printing on the labels of e-script items where the repeat has gone. Paper, SMS or emailed. Patients often don't know.

    There should be a column with an icon to let user know if this particular dispensing has been: PAID or NOT PAID at the till. Maybe a tick and a basket to let user know the script is paid and cleared from till?
