    This is something I think needs to be implemented. We have nursing home patients who get some OTC items and are quite particular about pricing (especially lately). It is also a hassle to fix the items up later or to check everything against the shelf/office.

    Having all patient notes visible in dispensary would be great, even including showing them in the waiting screen would also be a more streamlined way to check notes for the day. We tend to put notes for some difficult customers or customers with preferences, so that everyone can keep and eye on them.

    This would be great, as the columns can be confusing. Having clear wording will make it easier (especially if the person looking doesn't use dispense frequently)
