sig "se" "Script expires after <DATE>" should be "Script expires ON <DATE>"
The default sig "se" - "Script expires after <DATE>" should be "Script expires ON <DATE>". Because the script actually expires ON the date of script written 6 months (S8) or 12 months (S4) after.
For eg. we were trying to dispense an S8 script written back in 19/10/2022 on 19/4/23 but the escript had become inaccessible as the system recognised it as expired.
Is it possible to amend your programming to reflect that?

We couldn't reproduce this issue and haven't had anyone else report this issue.
You should be able to dispense it on the 19/4/2023. If this ever happens again, can you please contact our help desk so that we can troubleshoot the issue. UserVoice isn't suited for troubleshooting issues

Format telephone numbers
When entering patient and prescriber telephone numbers they should be automatically separated into shorter blocks of digits or ‘chunks’.
Telephone numbers are easier to read and confirm when their digits are chunked, rather than appearing in one large group as they are now.
Australian telephone numbers in general use have no more than 10 digits and the software should prompt you if you have missed entering a digit:
Landlines – 2 digits for the area code followed by 8 digits for the rest of the telephone number i.e., 02 XXXX XXXX .
Mobiles – 10 digits (there is no area…

Dispensary notes needing an enter space
Can we have the ability to add an enter line in dispensary notes that appear in the patient history? Pressing enter saves the note.
Perhaps shift+enter (like Messenger) will add a line. Some of our dispensing notes are just giant walls of text.

Medview Flow - consumer facing screen
Fast forward a few months and e-scripts now comprise 80% of workload. In all GOOD pharmacies there is a consumer-facing version of Medview Flow, not unlike the Tonic Media screens that plague pharmacies and medical centrees at the moment.
Patient names and prescriptions are de-identified. Patients would be able to see that their prescription is in process and have an ETA of when it will be ready.
This would work well in conjunction with the BIG red button idea (patent pending)I have also put forward.
The ADHA have removed the regulatory impediment and now paper scripts can also be put…2 votes -
"SCRIPTS ARE READY" button on the app bar
A BIG red button magically manifests on the app bar. This can simply be clicked/hit/pushed when the patient's order (all items) are ready to be collected.
Would be great for confidentiality, click and collect situations. READY message could include where to collect from, or other free text. The future could be NOW....3 votes -
Print a chit/list when scripts are put into FLOW
When the patients basket is finalised and put across to FLOW, a note either on label or paper is printed out as a place holder to go in the basket.
We are using ****** hand-written notes presently. A summary of the order would be great, for example name, time in and out, number of items, paper or electronic scripts (info that is already present in FLOW)
Should help blended work flow until the Department kill off paper prescriptions entirely....4 votes -
More scripts to be visible in the Wait screen
Currently, the Wait screen only displays the most recent 500 scripts. Users would like more scripts to be visible in the Wait screen.
Ideally, the wait screen should display every script within the current claim period so that users can filter scripts with a warning and work through them.

Scan check status does not reset after changing brand
Currently, scan check status does not reset after changing brand > due to this user is unable to perform scan check with the new brand again

- customer changes mind and edit the script to a generic brand
- scan check status does not reset and remains successful
- user is unable to perform scan check with the generic brand again11 votes -

A feature to calculate recommended dosage of oral antibiotics based on weight
User would like a feature which calculates recommended dosage of oral antibiotics based on weight
Workflow would be
- Select an oral antibiotics (Amoxil 125mg/5mls) in Fred Dispense Plus
- Clink on a button to activate this feature
- User enters the weight of the child
- Fred dispense calculates and displays the recommended dosage range in mls (eg recommended dosage = 2.5mls to 7.5 mls tds) based on the entered weight
