Add a Select All and Update/Save from the eRx Patient Details prompt
When a script is scanned and the prompt to update patient details with that of the eRx details appear, add a Select all Difference and Update option.
Currently each difference needs to be ticked one by one. We find that the differences are not being updated as this is adding more time to the dispensing process.
it would also be helpful to auto save and close the Patient details to save another step, and prompt if there is information missing.6 votesThank you for your feedback

Drug search display all results then reduce as more letters added
When manually searching for drugs the list should populate with all matching results then reduce as you type more letters/details.
This will help reduce errors when manually searching generic drug name as you currently have to press enter before results are displayed.
If a spelling mistake has been made you have to esc to retype,
Dynamic search will also increase dispensing efficiency when searching for drugs.2 votesThank you for your feedback

Owing Medication Scanning
When part of a medication is owing (e.g 1 of 2 boxes) there should be an option to see what date & time the owing boxes were scanned. This will help prevent customer's saying they've already picked up the owing medication.

Include a space in drug search (enhance search for own brand drugs)
Allow the inclusion of a space in drug search to aid search through own brand drugs and cannabis products. Or a code such as % to search partway through drug descriptions.
e.g. OBD is called CP Melatonin 1mg/2mL. If you search "CP MELA", drug search looks for just the "CP" which is a large range of other compounding OBD's. Could type %melatonin to find anything with melatonin anywhere in description?4 votesThank you for your feedback

Patient profile notes. It takes a extra step (click in and out) to go into and out of patient notes. Previous FRED set up better.

Drug Usage Reports - Add option to order by "nursing home"
It would be great if the drug usage reports can have an option to generate by nursing homes. It's easier in some cases than by Doctors who sometimes move between sites.

Ability to remove script records in the repeat remaining (F3) screen
The user wants an ability to delete script records from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen. This could be helpful if a prescriber cancels an e-script repeat chain, causing it unavailable for dispensing. If they can remove it from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen, it will avoid any confusion among users.

FREDPAK integration
Fred Dispense Plus and Fredpak seems to only have 1 way communication at the moment. ie You need to create a new "nursing home" from Fred Dispense Plus in order for it to appear in Fredpak and work properly but you cannot create the "nursing home" in Fredpak for it to appear in Fred Dispense Plus like the Classic do. Is there any plans to integrate this better?

PRF form details
When a PRF is printed there is no identifying name/s appearing on the first page. Having all prior concession cards listed on the PRF under family details would be great too

integrate with scypt pay or some kind of payment gateway
Z can now integrate with Srypyt (which Fred has been "gunna" do for about 3 years). They can now text for payment and it links directly to the til. Would make deliveries and things that we send out SO much easier

Include "warnings" (C&As etc) field on final check screen
It would be convenient if the final check screen had access to information like the C&A warnings, to double-check that all labels etc have been added to the label or packaging.

printable guide
An option to print the instructions is available. For instance, when referring to "How to import your new NASH Certificate," users may find it more convenient to print out the instructions and follow them in hard copy during the process.

brand off function
FRED CLASSIC had a useful F11 function to hide the brand name from the dispensed label. Please add same function to FRED Dispense Plus as well.

Allow the patient search field to match against the Medicare names
When entering name to search for a new patient, the system could flag matches against the medicare last name or medicare first name fields in addition to the normal name fields. The matches perhaps could show lower in the list of matches but still be there.
Consider this example: Mr Robert Smith, who everyone calls Bob.
- If we enter him as Bob Smith, with a medicare first name of Robert, but the Dr writes a script as Robert Smith. We type in "smith r" and don't get a match so we type all his details in and only when…3 votesThank you for your feedback
