Prescriber Bag Select from List
There are just over 40 drugs that are on the Prescriber Bag list (https://www.pbs.gov.au/browse/doctorsbag)
Change the workflow so that you do not need to search for each drug. When a drs bag script is presented click the seach button in FD+ and display the dull Prescribers Bag list of items.
Select the prescribed/ordered drugs by 'ticking' each item. Then have the ability to dispense in bulk.
All these drugs will have the same date, same prescriber, no directions and are $0.00 this will help streaming the processes for these scripts.8 votesThank you for your feedback

Default eScript Preference Option
Have a Dispense Option for the eScript Preference so that it does not default to None reducing the keystrokes when creating a patient.

Price window to change colour if price is below certain GP
It would be good if the price window could change colour eg. become red if the price is below a certain GP and green if the GP is OK

Prompt when cancelling scripts that have been charged to account directly from Dispense
Currently, there is no prompt when cancelling scripts that have been directly charged to the account from Dispense. Users would like to have a prompt (similar to when editing a directly charged script) upon cancelation of a script so that user can choose whether the credit should be directed to the POS or the account.

Notes in FinalCheck screen
Can notes, especially important patient notes automatically flag in the f10 pharmacist check screen.
Also, can q script box on check screen not be in front of all programs when you exit out of FRED -> to stay in FRED window

fred customer portal
When Fres Customer Portal button is clicked in Fred Plus, the resulting screen is lost easily if the mouse is clicked outside the screen. Consequently, it brings user back to square one. One alternative is to have the app. opened in our preferred browser like Fred Classic ensure that the screen does not close if we are attending to other matters simultaneously.

When Medview is pressed, the screen that opens up does not allow the user to minimise it so that the user can attend to other things simultaneouly. All Claims option under "Claim Period" in the Claim's screen
In the Claims screen, be able to filter across multiple claims e.g. what scripts are on hold across all claims, rather than having to do a separate search per claim. There is a date range available which is encouraging, but it looks like you still have to select a claim number then narrow it down further.

Adjustable notes on pharmacy receipts & invoices
We've been having issues with patients wanting to return medications for a refund.
It would be great if there is a field in dispense options to add permanent notes to pharmacy receipts& invoices from FRED (kind of like the editable ads you can print on the sides of repeat papers).A disclaimer that says "Pharmacy medications cannot be returned once collected. " would have really helped us.

Is it possible to add a script count total to the DD list report?
The current list that comes up has no total. I use it too confirm the total amount of DD's I use each month, as a check to ensure all are written in the DD book. It would be easier than trying to count them all. Fred used to do it.

Medication Profile
Can we put the ability to see the dates the medication dispensed in the "Medication Profile" (Fred Classic was Alt+F2) This will allow us to quickly see what dates which medications was dispense without having to go through the history individually.

Safety net owing mark off in the new year
When marking off a safety net owing prescription in the new year. I have to remove the entitlement number, mark it off without the entitlement number. Reenter the entitlement number and reclaim it with the entitlement number for it to go through properly.
If I don't do this, it will be dispensed as Concession or General but with the price of the safety net entitlement. This never was an issue in the older version.

Migrate input of Dispensing to centre of screen
I would appreciate it if the inputting of script information could be centred on the screen as I feel that I'm constantly turned to the left.

Option to autocharge to different account types for a patient
e.g. patient has a Workcover/personal and Community (custom account type)

Script Scan
When editing the prescription system, display a scanning indicator. Use a green checkmark for a correct scan, a red X for an incorrect scan, and leave it blank if no scan is detected.

F7 - Actual PBS Price
When using the F7 - Quick Drug Pricing - please add a line for the actual PBS price.
Currently the General PBS price is overridden by any discounted price entered. It would be useful to also have the actual PBS Price for comparison.3 votes -
Remove Character Limit for Adress Labels
In the most recent update the a character limit was imposed on the address label optional message. We use this field extensively for our nursing home codes and deliveries. Please change it back to how it was before.
