Deleting a history note
We have the option of having 'leaving a history note' compulsory or non compulsory. Is it possible to have it on the setting of non compulsory, but have the switch defaulted to the yes position?

Medication tracking system - currnetly QUICKWATCH in classic
can we please have an application on plus that is the same as what quickwatch does in fred classic. It would allow us to count down the number of days a patient has before they run out of medication, we would then dispense the medication before they come in and then send them a message to let them know its ready.
This application actually buys us a lot of time in dispensary to dispense and check customers medication before they pick up and gives us more time to counsel and do add on sales. It will be a game changer…

Insufficient stock warning needs work
The "Insufficient stock" warning should only display when I am actually dispensing something NOT when I
1. Edit the script and NOT the qty
2. Pay off an owing
3. Any other process that does NOT change the qty dispensed.1 voteThank you for your feedback

Reduced quantity script pricing
When reducing quantity during dispensing, patient price is divided by total cost resulting in under pricing
e.g. Levlen (4 pack) set Price = $20
=(Cost x markup + $7.50 dispense fee)Dispense Levlen (4pack) with QTY =1 > Set Price/4= $5
= (Cost x markup + $7.50 dispense fee) / 4Result is base dispense fee of $7.50 is not included in the final price
Suggesting pricing of medication should reduce but still include dispense fee

Number of Repeats on Owing Script
It would be good to have the option to put in the number of repeats when dispensing an owing script from fax or email, just like in FRED Classic

Just like the FRED classic. Help/assist display at the bottom of the screen when users move to every dispensing field. For example:
The date field" "Press +/- a day <PgUp> or (PgDn> a month or <T> today date"
The name field: Search by SURNAME FIRSTNAME ADDRESS or Number or <S>ame or<P>revious........"
Especially important for new user to FRED Dispense Plus6 votes -

20 day rule indicator on repeats
Meds that would affect SNET tally when dispensed early (within 20 days) used to show "(SN20DR)" after the words "If needed before dd-mm-yy consult pharmacist". Can this please be restored?
It is quite useful to quickly identify those meds that won't affect SNET tally if done early. Particularly useful at point of script receival in front of the patient.

Option to exclude offsite packing scripts in scan check statistics
There should be an option to exclude offsite packing scripts in scan check statistics so that the scan check report shows more accurate data

We know who we are so there is no need for " Hi, .... Please select a patient".
This space can be used to display current weather forecasts, pharmacy news, etc...5 votes -
Ability to manually delete/clear rejection and non-transmitted messages from PBS claim screen
In some cases, PBS will return rejections which cannot be cleared.
Eg 'R 312 The prescription could not be cancelled as it could not be found'In Fred Classic, these can be manually deleted - however, in Dispense Plus users cannot remove these records as the script has been cancelled.
This affects their PBS status tile - leaving it Red for the remainder of the claim instead of Yellow/Green.
Also, Cancelled non-transmitted records cause the same issue as the record is stuck as 'cancelled - non-trans' for the remainder of the claim - affecting the PBS status tile.

Edit Repat prescription
We are still having issues with Repat prescriptions. If you try and edit a script, all the authority details are lost and have to be re-entered. And the converting to Private instead of Repat is still happening. Is there an ETA on when this issue will be fixed please?

Scanning label barcode with patient history visible makes the "add-note" pop-up appear

Marking off owing safety net scripts in the new year
As part of the end-of-year process, safety net numbers are removed from all patient profiles.
Due to this, when marking off the owing safety net scripts in the new year, the system displays the "Patient Detail Changed" prompt.
Users have to click no to the prompt for each owing mark off. Users think the prompt is unnecessary and the system should not display the prompt in such scenario.

Enable copy of original & repeat of an eScript to be printed from final check screen in Dispense
Would be helpful to be able to print a copy of eScript from Final Check screen (not just see the eScript detail) as you can from MedView Flo. This would be helpful for when scan an eScript directly into Dispense so can print a copy e.g. for DD record or if there is a query that couldn't be solved straight away and may need another staff member to follow-up on or at a later time so can see script there is an issue with without having to go back into system.

Customised PBS fees do not apply to mixtures that require users to add water
Mixtures that require users to add water (eg Amoxil 250mg/5ml) are considered extemp for PBS pricing purposes
Because of this, the customized PBS fees, which are only for ready-prepared items, do not apply when dispensing those mixtures
Users want the customized PBS fees to apply for mixtures too
