In the most recent update the a character limit was imposed on the address label optional message. We use this field extensively for our nursing home codes and deliveries. Please change it back to how it was before.

Disable form close button when the app-bar is active
Now that the form has a title bar with the standard close button in the top right, it is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too easy to close dispense when all you want to do is close the app-bar.

printable guide
An option to print the instructions is available. For instance, when referring to "How to import your new NASH Certificate," users may find it more convenient to print out the instructions and follow them in hard copy during the process.

Label showing * for auto charge even if script not charged to account
Site have script rule set up that if account is under credit limit and script charge would take it over the limit it does not auto charge and sends to the till.
There is no prompt/indicator that it went over the credit limit and the label also still has an * which is an indicator of autocharge.
Can we get a prompt that if the account goes over the credit limit it allows to override or confirm send to the till and then print no * on the label if it does send to the till.

brand off function
FRED CLASSIC had a useful F11 function to hide the brand name from the dispensed label. Please add same function to FRED Dispense Plus as well.

Make overlaying windows more obvious (e.g. patient history)
Windows such as initial patient history is currently grey and aligned to dispense area - would be good if this border was a brighter colour (not/blue grey). Looks like the program is frozen when trying to dispense and history is up. Maybe a flash of the window or small shake would help to indicate that the window needs to be closed to continue

Print bulk address labels from facility reports
Under facility reports it'd be really useful to have a function to print address labels for each patient listed in the selected facility rather than having to find each patient and print individually

Price window to change colour if price is below certain GP
It would be good if the price window could change colour eg. become red if the price is below a certain GP and green if the GP is OK

Prompt when cancelling scripts that have been charged to account directly from Dispense
Currently, there is no prompt when cancelling scripts that have been directly charged to the account from Dispense. Users would like to have a prompt (similar to when editing a directly charged script) upon cancelation of a script so that user can choose whether the credit should be directed to the POS or the account.

medview
Re. Medview in Fred Plus.
When Medview is pressed, the screen that opens up does not allow the user to minimise it so that the user can attend to other things simultaneouly. Screen minimization of Medview should be available so that we can attend to various things simultaneously.2 votesThank you for your feedback. List of Scripts Report - Save a Customised Report
Adding the ability to Save a report that has been customised will save a lot of time for monthly reporting when using the List of Scripts Report.

All Claims option under "Claim Period" in the Claim's screen
In the Claims screen, be able to filter across multiple claims e.g. what scripts are on hold across all claims, rather than having to do a separate search per claim. There is a date range available which is encouraging, but it looks like you still have to select a claim number then narrow it down further.

Address Label
Phone numbers on Address Labels have been implemented & that is great...
However, the system should remember my choice i.e. whether I want to print phone numbers each time. It is currently defaulting to "No" and when toggled to "Yes" - it remains that way for a while (perhaps overnight) then toggles back to "No".
The system should stay on the setting specified until changed.4 votesThank you for your feedback

Outstanding scripts not paid indication
I would like a pop-up, similar to Owing Scripts, when a patient has an outstanding payment for a prescription on the till. Possibly a pop-up when there are items unpaid from more than 1 day

Important PBS warnings to pop up
The user is seeking a way to ensure that crucial PBS warnings like W323 are prominently displayed on the screen, similar to how PBS rejections trigger a prominent red error message. In a busy pharmacy setting, it can be challenging to click on an exclamation mark for each prescription with a warning in order to view the details of the warning.

Shift Message on Address Label so it appears higher up
Added Message on Address Label prints too low on the main label. It is very easy to miss because it usually overlaps the red "Keep out of reach of children" line on the bottom.
Also, if the message is a little bit longer, it gets cut off from the label and part of it is missing.
