    When searching for a non-drug by using, say, ?%pain the list of FredOffice products appears in a grid. Any chance of adding
    1. a SOH column
    2. a vertical scroll bar

  2. Receipt Print Option: Add a global option in configuration settings for the receipt to either print automatically on or off

    Currently the automatic printing of receipts is controlled at the patient level via F8 Patient Maintenance -> Extra Details. This idea would be to create a setting that controls it globally for all patients in the pharmacy

  5. List more clearly what the Add Tax/Remove Tax button option does

    “Add Tax"/"Remove Tax" button – option are confusing, it doesn't specify if the Patient Price currently includes GST in the "Pricing Details" window when editing the price. i.e. "GST Incl" and can also Add Tax from Pricing Detail window then add GST with Alt+G

  6. Rpt/Dp Column Confusing: From Wait Screen View

    The Rpt/Dp is confusing as we would be expecting to see the number of repeats remaining for a script, opposed to the number of repeats authorised and number of repeats supplied.

  10. Scan Check: Workflow needs some review

    • The drug scan check disappears after editing the script and also happens even if the drug selected is the same.

    • Scan check also clears previous patient.

    • Scan check from the Home Screen - adds a new patient if you scan the wrong barcode.

  11. Way to track new customer creation

    In the patient list report, add an option to determine which person created a customer in Fred Plus. This aids follow up with the specific person if details are missing when adding a new person

  12. Add a feature to diary for auto recurring notes

    Are we able to add a feature to the diary for recurring notes (ie for dispensing 21 day drugs, ordering expensive items that we don't want to keep on shelf etc)

  13. Show script processing result in Script Audit

    Show if a script has been autocharged, charged to an account or sent to POS via Script Audit. Also show if stock has been deducted from SOH based on script processing rules in Fred Office.

  16. QuickPad Addition: Retain Mouse Cursor

    When exiting QuickPad from the dispense screen, the mouse cursor disappears.
    This requires me to manually click into the screen to continue dispensing.
