The ability to see the eScript image while the drug search results are displayed would be helpful as currently you need to remember the drug from the previous screen

RTPM/safescript notification does not load web page if green
It it's a yellow or red warning, clicking on the pop up takes you to the safescript websit but if it's the green / all clear - it doesn't load the safescript portal when you click on it

Print Multiple Labels: Option to print or not print labels for associated drugs
Useful for drugs such as, Symbicort 400/12 or Nexium HP7.
Currently prints automatically for all.

Manually Add barcode
If an item is not scanning, we should be able to manually insert the barcode into the selected drug file.

Local drug file for compounding items
Can we have the ability to have a Local Inventory Card Creation for Compounding items as one pharmacies high use compounding items will be vastly different to another, and having to put these on for the entire network through FRED office doesn't make sense. It is also time consuming, Also of course to have the ability to set cost and retail prices on these items would be useful .

eRx Token "Print" - print format should be a5 format
Print format for eTokens should be A5 as currently its orientation is not suitable for repeat folders and is awkward.

Edit a Script to go directly to script not the Wait Screen
When choosing to edit a script, can it go to directly to the script and not the Wait Screen?

be able to set prices via mark up % not just set price
It appears only can set fixed prices when dispensing, rather than via a % mark up, eg P11, P22 etc this does not allow for cost price changes.

can the claim number relate to the year and claim number done in the year
claim for year 2021 eg current claim is described as 1048- fred classic has the year 21 and then the claim number for that year
eg 2126 would describe claim done in year 2021 26 describes the number of the claim closed this year ( 26 if done every fortnight )4 votes -
eMims app functionality
When dispensing a drug, the eMims app tile does not search for the drug when clicked on.
Eg: Dispensing Mirena - The tile states "Search for Mirena" but when clicking the tile, they are taken to the main emims page and have to search for the drug again.2 votesFixed in November 2021

Owing report to show full doctor details
When we print off an owing report it currently just shows the doctor name and address but FRED CLASSIC showed us their phone number and fax number so when we did an owing report to multiple doctors it was easy to fax through the owings to each doctor whereas now we have to manually search the fax number every time

Change all Drugs to use the Small Label
Ability to change all drugs in the system to use the Label Size Small.
This enables the Top Right Label (of the F5 format) to become the duplicate which we find to be easier to use on the original script/s.

Ranking system for drugs.
By giving the generic drug options different rankings it will help with dispensing to allow easy selection of a preferred brand.
We used to be able to select a ranking of 1-9 with the ability to change the colour associated. We would like to use this option to differentiate which drug is located where [Fast-mover section or Drawers].9 votesReleased in April/May 2022

Email address/Mobile Phone number
Is it possible to capture the mobile number and email address from the escripts like Fred Classic does? Currently, we need to ask the patient for their number and it slows things down.
