More than 5 erxs not visible in Dispense queue
When scanning in more than 5 erx's into the Medview Flow the whole job is not visible in the column on Fred dispense Plus. Only the first 5 rxs are visible and a comment of (5 of 10 rxs) for example is underneath. If it could be expanded to see the total order if would be beneficial

Search patient by phone number
Please allow a function to search by phone number, this is super useful in Z Dispense, and was one of the cited reasons my old pharmacy chose to go with Z over Fred. Should be easy enough to do right

Show BRAND name in history with ingredient name
The patient history sometimes just shows ingredient name and not the brand name - would be better if it showed Brand name, maybe even in brackets, so we know what brand we have dispensed in the past so as not to cause confusion

dispensing for animals
Selecting Animal as a title should automatically set the medicare consent to No and Always dispense as private. There should also be a field for the animal species and the owner's name.

Have dispense notes appear in 'quick' history
Allow history/script notes to appear in the history list on the dispensing screen and in script check
There is often important info in those notes and it reduces the likelihood of things getting missed because it's not seen16 votesThank you for your feedback

Ability to manually delete/clear rejection and non-transmitted messages from PBS claim screen
In some cases, PBS will return rejections which cannot be cleared.
Eg 'R 312 The prescription could not be cancelled as it could not be found'In Fred Classic, these can be manually deleted - however, in Dispense Plus users cannot remove these records as the script has been cancelled.
This affects their PBS status tile - leaving it Red for the remainder of the claim instead of Yellow/Green.
Also, Cancelled non-transmitted records cause the same issue as the record is stuck as 'cancelled - non-trans' for the remainder of the claim - affecting the PBS status tile.

Option enable small label printing for OTC items
When users dispense OTC items in Dispense Plus, there is no option to enable small label printing for that item,
The small label printing option is only available for items in Fred Drug Database. Users would like the same option for OTC items as well.
15 votesThanks for the suggestion, we'll look to include this in a future release. In the meantime Own Brand Drugs might be a good option.

Prevent RTPM alerts/notifications displaying outside dispense/waitscreen
When a red or amber RTPM alert appears - users are forced to either clear the dispense screen or click on the alert in order to make it disappear.
If the alert is not cleared and the user accesses other screens ie Reports - the alert continues to remain on the screen and in some cases blocks buttons on these other screens.

Scan check status does not reset after changing brand
Currently, scan check status does not reset after changing brand > due to this user is unable to perform scan check with the new brand again
Scenario
- dispense Amoxil 500mg for example
- perform scan check successfully
- customer changes mind and edit the script to a generic brand
- scan check status does not reset and remains successful
- user is unable to perform scan check with the generic brand again14 votes -
History merge for escripts
Users want to be able to history merge eScript records in Fred Dispense Plus
14 votes -
Please consider printing on the labels of e-script items where the repeat has gone. Paper, SMS or emailed. Patients often don't know.
I understand that space on the labels is tight, but having it printed on the label where the repeat has been issued to will help patients locate their future tokens.
14 votesThanks for the idea. Space on the label is challenging but let’s see if others vote for this one.

Continued Dispensing Printing
Toggle Yes/No if you want to print out the Continued Dispensing Consumer Declaration and Prescriber Notification Form.
No other dispensing system requires this, probably better to remove altogether, as its a waste of paper.

Automatically Drop ZZ script rule from directions when dispensing repeats
When using ZZ to mark off owing prescriptions post conversion, it should automatically drop the ZZ in the directions when dispensing the repeat.
This behaviour is seen in Fred Classic13 votes -
Continued dispensing workflow
When clicking on the continued dispense option, dispense screen should stay in the patient you were in and not clear the screen so you have to enter patient details again

Allowable additional patient charge
Currently, in Fred Dispense Plus, the allowable additional patient charge is set globally under the Administration > pricing options.
As the 60-day medicine dispensing policy is about to be introduced, users would like a new setting that allows the allowable additional patient charge to be applied based on the type of prescription. For instance, if the prescription is a 30-day supply script, the system would automatically set the allowable additional patient charge to $0.00. On the other hand, if the prescription is a 60-day supply script, the system would apply the maximum allowable additional patient charge of $3.29.
