Highlight or alert for when scripts are close to expiry in Patient History
It's great you have the script prescribed date in the patient history when you bring them up. Perhaps make the EXPIRED scripts and Close to Expiry scripts ( i.e. Prescribed date) more visible e.g. bold or different colour. This will alert dispensers to remind customers too . Right now all the text are the same font/bolding so makes it hard.

keyboard strip to be digitial
Have the Ability for keyboard strips pop up at the bottom of the screen or constant. As Newer keyboards do not have the room to stick the strips on the keyboard. This will also eliminate the need for them all together. Quick tip

Non-inventory items still trigger the "insufficient Stock" warning.
We use a non-inventory item to charge for websterpacks: call it a service product, if you will. This item is set to "Non-Inventory" in FredOffice. When we "dispense" this item we still get the stock warning. Can this warning please be disabled for non-inventory stock lines?

delivery diary/log
When we print address labels it asks about delivery, if we select things are for delivery can it then send it to a list/page/separate diary register about deliveries? Is there a way to set a recurring delivery. Eg we deliver a particular webster every Friday or every 2nd Friday etc

I would like you to add more patient search options, eg. concession number, DOB
I would like you to add more patient search options, eg. concession number, DOB.
We have a lot of Nguyen's in our demographic and the first names and middle names are often similar and interchangeable and they often have different addresses. I believe the Z dispense already have these search functions.6 votes -

Diary to only show once per day per user
Diary to only appear once per day
If dispense terminals are shared by dispensary team. Each time initials are changed on a terminal (e.g. to edit a dispensing), diary reappears if there is a note for the day.
Would rather this diary not appear again for the day.2 votesCould you please add more context around the scenario? Once a user has already seen the diary on that terminal once for the day, it should not automatically reappear unless you were to quit Dispense during the day

Ability to send SMS to customers
SMS feature integration. This feature allows user to send a SMS text to customer for non-urgent things, such as to let them know their order has arrived or their drug is being ordered etc. This does not have to be complicated or involved with auto reminding customers when they're due for a repeat because we have got Medadvisor for that. Fred should charge user the fee for the amount of texts sent at the end of the month, or make it as a "recharge as you go", either way is ok.
