Allow PDE numbers to be entered when using blank drug descriptions
When using the 'blank' drug options to dispense a non FRED listed item eg OTC, there should be a manual option to enter the PDE of that product to allow the POS system to recognise the product to allow correct SOH corrections.

Customise labels
The user would like the ability to customise the design of the dispense labels.
The pharmacy is currently using blank labels but finds that the text size of the pharmacy details printed on the label is too small. They would also like the option to include additional information, such as the pharmacy's opening hours, when the blank label setting is enabled.

System sigs need correct grammar if they can't be changed please!
I've seen the earlier comments about refusing to change the system sigs or making them editable (maybe even for the administrator only?)
The issue is some of them just look silly... The system sigs have incorrect grammar or just look silly if used where they are intended to go. I know I can make custom digs but the dispene techs will follow what comes up in fred dispense plus ancilliary labels when they process a script.1 voteThank you for feedback, Can you please give us examples where the grammar is incorrect so that we can correct them for all users

scan check stock on hand
Are you able to add the stock on hand in the final scan check screen please? So the checking pharmacist is able to double check whether ordering is required.

Clear and unique drug descriptions
For drugs like Vabysmo PFS vs Vial, they are hard to differentiate in FRED Office. The strength is the same and there is nothing else in the listing that allows you to differentiate between the two when generating reports from FRED Office.

The option to print WARD code on the small dispensing label
It would be great to have the WARD code print on the small dispensing label like you can choose to have it print on the main dispensing label.

Add prompt before clearing contents of Fred Diary
At the moment, an accidental click of the clear button on Fred Diary leads to an irreversible loss of all notes. Would it be possible to add a pop-up prompt to confirm the intention of clearing the contents of the diary?

Address label to print pharmacy details for blank labels
We use blank labels but the pharmacy details don't print on the address label.
Please include store details on the address labels when Dispense Options > Blank Label is set to Yes

Uncollected scripts total on address label
An option for printing the Grand total unpaid (including unpaid from other days) on the address label would be great. As often webster pack patient (for example), would have the scripts dispensed in advanced, and if we print an address label with total for the day, other payments of items not in the pack often gets missed at the tills. This would save any confusion for staff and patients at the registers.

bulk history merge
Adding a bulk patient history merge feature would help clean up duplicate patient profiles quickly. Searching for duplicates of medicare card number, DOB, name or a combination of these identifiers and allowing a bulk merge of all patients with duplicated profiles. Other dispensing softwares have this feature and I believe it would be a nice addition to Fred Dispense Plus.

Automatic safety net tally
In fred classic under external SN totals, if putting in an external total of 10, then maximum $ value was restricted to $77.00 (ie 10 x 7.70). The new system allows for higher totals in the value section, ie you could set $100, and the system will auto reduce to $77.00.

Search for Date of Birth for Patients
Some hospitals provide a date of birth when requesting patient histories, having the ability to both see and search for the Date Of Birth (like we can for address) would greatly reduce selecting the incorrect patients or having to open multiple patients when search for patients with same/similar names

AusDI CMI Retrieval for Selected Dispensed Product in Wait Screen
Description:
Currently, Fred Dispense Plus integrates with AusDI to allow printing of Consumer Medicine Information (CMI) for the last dispensed product via the AusDI tile. However, a significant workflow issue arises when a user forgets to print the CMI for a previously dispensed item and subsequently dispenses another product.
Problem:
When a user selects a previously dispensed product from the "wait screen" (or similar screen where dispensed items are listed) and attempts to retrieve the CMI via the AusDI tile, the system retrieves the CMI for the most recently dispensed…
