sig "se" "Script expires after <DATE>" should be "Script expires ON <DATE>"
The default sig "se" - "Script expires after <DATE>" should be "Script expires ON <DATE>". Because the script actually expires ON the date of script written 6 months (S8) or 12 months (S4) after.
For eg. we were trying to dispense an S8 script written back in 19/10/2022 on 19/4/23 but the escript had become inaccessible as the system recognised it as expired.
Is it possible to amend your programming to reflect that?
3 votesHi
We couldn't reproduce this issue and haven't had anyone else report this issue.
You should be able to dispense it on the 19/4/2023. If this ever happens again, can you please contact our help desk so that we can troubleshoot the issue. UserVoice isn't suited for troubleshooting issues

I would like you to add more patient search options, eg. concession number, DOB
I would like you to add more patient search options, eg. concession number, DOB.
We have a lot of Nguyen's in our demographic and the first names and middle names are often similar and interchangeable and they often have different addresses. I believe the Z dispense already have these search functions.6 votes -
View patient UR, bed number on address labels and on patient details bar
When setting "extra details" in dispense options, have the selected settings (e.g. UR number and Facility code) print on labels, address labels and show across the patient header while dispensing.

Diary to only show once per day per user
Diary to only appear once per day
If dispense terminals are shared by dispensary team. Each time initials are changed on a terminal (e.g. to edit a dispensing), diary reappears if there is a note for the day.
Would rather this diary not appear again for the day.2 votesCould you please add more context around the scenario? Once a user has already seen the diary on that terminal once for the day, it should not automatically reappear unless you were to quit Dispense during the day

Users want a shortcut for not printing repeat script
A similar feature to Ctrl + [enter] at the time of finalizing a dispensing to prevent label printing

Highlight the Last Buy when it is greater than the PBS W/C cost
It would be handy to see where the Last Buy price is GREATER than the PBS W/C cost at the time of selecting the drug or from the Drug Details Tile
Give the Pharmacist/Dispenser a reason to questions the validity of the data and confirm/update prices before processing the script.10 votes -

"SCRIPTS ARE READY" button on the app bar
A BIG red button magically manifests on the app bar. This can simply be clicked/hit/pushed when the patient's order (all items) are ready to be collected.
Would be great for confidentiality, click and collect situations. READY message could include where to collect from, or other free text. The future could be NOW....4 votes -

Can you create an option that an AUDIBLE ALERT for rejected PBS online claims
The old Fred Dispense allowed you to set an Audible Alert that accompanied the rejection of a PBS online claim during the dispensing process. Can you set up this option in Plus?
24 votesThere is an audible alert but it's not currently customisable.

Ability to set patient specific price
Currently, if the user overrides the patient price for a script, the system automatically uses that overridden patient price for the remainder of its repeat dispensing.
The system uses a default price instead of the overridden price if it's a brand new script even when dispensing the same item for the same patient.
The user wants to be able to set patient-specific prices so that no matter if it's a new or repeat script, the system always uses the same special patient price for particular customers.

Make only one price visible in Pricing Tile
Customer doesn't want to see in the Pricing Tile two prices (actual & avg w/sale cost). Customer finds it confusing. Just wants to see avg w/sale cost.

General Dispensing flow
When displaying History after selecting patient, the panel on the right is locked and unable to click MyHR or MySL at all until Esc is pressed, to continue to the "dispensing screen"
When in dispensing screen, previous dispense history not showing adequate information (directions)
In terms of visual display middle panel (allergy, account, warnings, etc) takes up too much space. This could be minimised after collapsing/reducing size of top and right hand side banner, so that the more important visuals (dispensing details/ pt history) can be easily viewed.
Very inconvenient having to always have to "Esc" to switch from "history"…

Regulation 24 owing (from a fax) scripts
When processing a fax prescription (as an owing) and the script is a regulation 24, the number of repeats cannot be entered to allow for the increase number of items the patient is entitled to. At the moment we are forced to claim the script, then go back after and process again as an owing.

Warning during extemporaneous dispensing when an excessively high value is entered into the "W/Sale cost" field.
The user requests a feature in the dispensing system that alerts them when an incorrect, excessively high value is entered into the "W/Sale Cost" field while dispensing extemporaneous scripts. User would like this feature to prevent the transmission of inaccurate claim amounts to Medicare.
