   Patient History By Facility (report > facility > patient history) currently organizes information in alphabetical order based on the patient's first name. However, the user's preference is to have the report ordered by the patient's last name instead.

   Additionally, the user is seeking flexible options for implementing varying allowable surcharges when dispensing Workcover/TAC scripts.

   Currently, if the user sets the allowable additional patient charge to $0.00 and manually applies the surcharge to specific Workcover/TAC scripts, the script type automatically switches to Private even if the patient price is still below the PBS max price.
