Activate scan check functionality automatically in the final check screen
Currently, if user wants to activate scan check functionality in the final check screen, user needs to press ScanCheck button (or CTRL + S) to invoke the ScanCheck form.
User wants bypass this step and wants Fred Dispense Plus to allow user to scan dispense label and product barcode to perform scan check without activating it in the final check screen

More prominent indicator of cursor position on Wait Screen

Edit patient history note when selecting 'history notes only'
When selecting "History Notes only" from F2 (Patient history), screen is currently read-only and displaying 1 line of text (~180 characters). Longer notes are not displaying in full when exceeding the 1 line limit and the note cannot be 'edited' to view the rest of the note
Suggest to allow full history note to display across multiple lines of text OR include ability to edit (to view rest of note)

Long item description does not get printed on the label
When dispensing using "blank" line, description of an item can be very long. It appears that there is a limit of 58 characters for item description. The item description does not get printed fully on the label if the description is longer than 58 characters.

Scan analysis report
The scan analysis report in Fred Classic displays detailed information on successfully scanned scripts and unsuccessfully scanned scripts
Users would like this report to be available in Fred Dispense Plus too.
The scan check statistic report is available in Fred Dispense Plus but this does not show the script details of unsuccessfully scanned scripts

Print a chit/list when scripts are put into FLOW
When the patients basket is finalised and put across to FLOW, a note either on label or paper is printed out as a place holder to go in the basket.
We are using ****** hand-written notes presently. A summary of the order would be great, for example name, time in and out, number of items, paper or electronic scripts (info that is already present in FLOW)
Should help blended work flow until the Department kill off paper prescriptions entirely....6 votes -
Centralised control of drug alert notifications in Fred Dispense Plus
As a multisite pharmacy group, we want to centralise the configuration and control of drug alert notifications in Fred Dispense Plus across all our sites. Currently, each pharmacy configures these notifications independently. We envision a system where important drug alert messages can be managed from our head office and automatically distributed to all our retail pharmacies.

Safety net

keyboard strip to be digitial
Have the Ability for keyboard strips pop up at the bottom of the screen or constant. As Newer keyboards do not have the room to stick the strips on the keyboard. This will also eliminate the need for them all together. Quick tip
