  1. Highlight patient price changes in Final Check Screen

    Patient history/compliance check shows previous pricing but this could be clearer.
    Perhaps the current script could be highlighted in a different colour in the dispense history (e.g. yellow)

    I'd like to option to be notified/warned when patient price has changed since the last dispensing.

  2. Accidentally deleted Diary notes

    would like the ability to backup and be able to recover accidentally deleted diary notes

    suggested not having the 'CLEAR' button right next to the 'SAVE' button to minimise the risk of clicking the wrong button

  3. Clear and unique drug descriptions

    For drugs like Vabysmo PFS vs Vial, they are hard to differentiate in FRED Office. The strength is the same and there is nothing else in the listing that allows you to differentiate between the two when generating reports from FRED Office.

  4. The option to print WARD code on the small dispensing label

    It would be great to have the WARD code print on the small dispensing label like you can choose to have it print on the main dispensing label.

  5. Patient Attribute to print on repeat form

    Print Patient Attribute on Repeat form. We use patient attribute to assign a code for patients with scripts on file. Please allow printing to the repeat form for ease of filing paper scripts

  6. Change of default file extension

    When clicking SAVE on a report the file is saved as (.prnx) file that no one can open. Can it default to .pdf?

  8. Make "Repeat held in pharmacy" more visible when searching up patients

    have a little icon next to the name and shows different colour on the top of the profile.

  9. Add script scanned to the filter in List of Scripts report

    I'd like to add Script Scanned to the filter in List of Scripts report to help identify scripts that have been scanned/not scanned.
    Currently can only quickly see what scripts have been scanned/not scanned from the wait screen.

  10. Be able to make a document for 'custom sigs' on a template that can be imported at different pharmacy locations

    To improve consistency between different pharmacies, to be able to generate a document that has a list of 'custom sigs' and their directions that can be imported into FRED DISPENSE PLUS as a whole, rather than adding each 'custom sig' one by one. Other pharmacies (not the same ownership) could also download these documents if they also want to use the same list of 'custom sigs'.

  13. Expired DD scripts appearing/being able to scan into Medview

    If Medview could recognise DD scripts as having a 6 month expiry that would allow an alert popping up when we go to scan it in to the queue as well as disappearing from MySl altogether.

  15. Address label to print pharmacy details for blank labels

    We use blank labels but the pharmacy details don't print on the address label.

  16. Check escript when scanning label

    Be able to check an escript when the label is scanned immediately after dispensing. Having to go into "final check" is an extra unnecessary step especially when you are the dispensing pharmacist. MINFOS have this ability already.

  17. New generic shortcut for Generic Drugs

    F11/GS and G will only display the Drug PBS code selected on initial search.
    With the amount of 60 day supply medication increasing, selecting the incorrect PBS code is also becoming common for manul scripts.

    Having a Generic Drug search, eg GD from the drug field, to show all PBS codes for the generic drug, would help reduce dispensing errors as we currently have to mov back to the Drug field and edit the drug select to then find the correct PBS code.

  18. Uncollected scripts total on address label

    An option for printing the Grand total unpaid (including unpaid from other days) on the address label would be great. As often webster pack patient (for example), would have the scripts dispensed in advanced, and if we print an address label with total for the day, other payments of items not in the pack often gets missed at the tills. This would save any confusion for staff and patients at the registers.

  20. Would like to be able to edit a sig as I'm dispensing

    When I enter the sig (e.g. Vent), I sometimes want to edit part of the direction but the directions box only shows me the shortcut (Vent).
    When editing the script, I'd like to see the full instructions in the directions box so that I can edit parts of the full directions
