Sigs - can we do better?
Might you consider changing the direction of the sigs "d" and "od" from "daily" to "Once a day". I base this request on the following.
In Australian Pharmacist VOLUME 41 : NUMBER 2 : APRIL 2018, it was noted that
"three cases of paediatric dosing errors involving prednisolone.
In each case, parents administered prednisolone three times a day rather than daily as intended. While the directions on the label appeared to be correct – for example ‘give 3 mL daily after food for three days’ – they were misinterpreted"4 votes -

Ability to turn Warning noise on and off, a pharmacy may like to have the warning noise on all time to warn pharmacist about the rejected scripts

Thanks for the idea. Whilst this is not a common request, it will be put up for consideration if it receives more votes from our users.

Update private dispense workflow to enter drug before price
The private pricing box is confusing where the curser lands. It would be better if the curser stayed in the patient pricing box and replicated changed in the pricing window that opens.
4 votesThanks for the feedback. We’ll review the current implementation to see how we can improve the pricing screen experience.

electronic script count (script analysis report)
In the script analysis report in fred classic there was a section that showed how many of the scripts were electronic (tokens) - number and percentage would be good.

You can achieve this already using the List of Scripts report

final check workload numbers
It would be good to have a report to see the scripts we check (ie final check stats) to help review actual workloads when we are not dispensing all the scripts in a multiple pharmacist environment.

Highlight new medication in dispensing window to help make it stand out
Presently the new medication shows up in bold in the dispensing field but when you change brands or strengths it appears in orange. It would be good if the box could be filled with a colour to help make it stand out better.

Display electronic prescription in homescreen
Display electronic prescription in homescreen (next to Warnings or some where around there or where the app bar is). Makes it easier to look at the original electronic script when checking medications before handing it out. Usually with paper scripts we leave the original paper script to be checked with the basket of medicines before handing it out. However with electronic ones there is no way to check it seamlessly without going into the patient's profile and 'editing' each script. It would be very useful and a lot more efficient if we can just press the 'down' button on the…

incorrect brand scan
Is it possible to approve a scanned item, with a different colour tick for example, even if it is a different brand? It would highlight that the drug, form and dose are correct but just incorrect brand match.

Remove the popup that says "Patient update Data has been changed on this form..." when no data has actually been changed. It requires and additional step which is unnecessary.

Remove Scripts from Holding/Deleted Report Once Reclaimed
Remove scripts that been put on hold from the Holding/Deleted Scripts report when they have been successfully reclaimed. At the moment scripts remain listed as 'on hold' in this report even though they have been reclaimed. This makes it difficult to determine which scripts have and have not been reclaimed when going through this report.

Change of colours in Dispense Plus
In Fred Office we can change the colour scheme and in Fred Classic the colours are vibrant and make sense. The colour scheme of Plus is limited and low vibrancy, the icons on the side (which are irrelevant to patient safety) are brighter than the actual dispense interface.

Would like to be able to edit a sig as I'm dispensing
When I enter the sig (e.g. Vent), I sometimes want to edit part of the direction but the directions box only shows me the shortcut (Vent).
When editing the script, I'd like to see the full instructions in the directions box so that I can edit parts of the full directions3 votesThank you for your feedback

Connection parameter screen should not be editable
When the Server PC is rebooted, the connection parameter screen appears while the system connects in the background. This screen is currently editable, and users sometimes accidentally delete the parameters. To avoid needing support assistance, the user would like the parameters to be non-editable.
