eScript hidden behind Authority script prompt
When dispensing e-script for Authority script -the pop up blocks the e-script and it cant be seen. Want to be able to see the script.

Small label for multi-label product
Currently, a small label is printed only on the first label for multi-label products ( such as Symbicort 400mcg). The user would like the small label to print on every label for multi-label products.

Nursing Home Settings
Within the facilities, is it possible to to have uniform settings for all residents within the home? For example a setting to allow automatic printing of "new script required" reports when relevent?

Ability to include patients' Medicare and concession numbers on New Script Reminder and Owing Script reports
The user would like to have the ability to include patients' Medicare and concession number on New Script Reminder and Owing Script reports.
There should be a toggle option to include this information or not when generating the reports.

add patient address and Doctors name to the label across the bottom (duplicate)
much easier to write up DD's of e scripts if all info in on the smaller duplicate label like in the original fred dispense

Add sig that allows different specified "Next Repeat" intervals
Ability to set the date for the next repeat e.g. “NR_28” for Next Repeat available from [Date = 28 days after today]. Allows flexibility to specify other arbitrary dates e.g. for compounding where different formulations will last the patient different periods of time.

PBS Status Tile
The PBS status tile is not updated in real time on all Fred+ instances. This is most annoying when one sees that the tile is RED but on going into the claim screen there is no error.

Feature to review the set NHS/Private pricing when cost changes are detected, or ability to always maintain a $value profit margin eg: always maintain $10 profit

Cancelled scripts - add a cancelled stamp to the label
When displaying a label for a cancelled script (on the wait screen) any chance of stamping the label with a "Cancelled" watermark inclined at 45°?

Sigs - can we do better?
Might you consider changing the direction of the sigs "d" and "od" from "daily" to "Once a day". I base this request on the following.
In Australian Pharmacist VOLUME 41 : NUMBER 2 : APRIL 2018, it was noted that
"three cases of paediatric dosing errors involving prednisolone.
In each case, parents administered prednisolone three times a day rather than daily as intended. While the directions on the label appeared to be correct – for example ‘give 3 mL daily after food for three days’ – they were misinterpreted"4 votes -
Warning Noise
Ability to turn Warning noise on and off, a pharmacy may like to have the warning noise on all time to warn pharmacist about the rejected scripts

Be able to merge patients with eScripts
Dispensing eScripts often create new profiles for patients which causes issues with history checking and safety net. Not being able to merge patient histories and delete duplicate profiles makes the issue worse. Being able to merge multiple profiles with eScripts will help eliminate this problem

electronic script count (script analysis report)
In the script analysis report in fred classic there was a section that showed how many of the scripts were electronic (tokens) - number and percentage would be good.

Highlight new medication in dispensing window to help make it stand out
Presently the new medication shows up in bold in the dispensing field but when you change brands or strengths it appears in orange. It would be good if the box could be filled with a colour to help make it stand out better.

Display electronic prescription in homescreen
Display electronic prescription in homescreen (next to Warnings or some where around there or where the app bar is). Makes it easier to look at the original electronic script when checking medications before handing it out. Usually with paper scripts we leave the original paper script to be checked with the basket of medicines before handing it out. However with electronic ones there is no way to check it seamlessly without going into the patient's profile and 'editing' each script. It would be very useful and a lot more efficient if we can just press the 'down' button on the…

incorrect brand scan
Is it possible to approve a scanned item, with a different colour tick for example, even if it is a different brand? It would highlight that the drug, form and dose are correct but just incorrect brand match.

Data has been changed prompt
Remove the popup that says "Patient update Data has been changed on this form..." when no data has actually been changed. It requires and additional step which is unnecessary.
