A prompt for clearing diary notes
A user would like the system to prompt 'Are you sure?' after clicking the clear button in the diary note screen so that notes do not get cleared accidentally.

Small label for multi-label product
Currently, a small label is printed only on the first label for multi-label products ( such as Symbicort 400mcg). The user would like the small label to print on every label for multi-label products.

Within the facilities, is it possible to to have uniform settings for all residents within the home? For example a setting to allow automatic printing of "new script required" reports when relevent?

Ability to include patients' Medicare and concession numbers on New Script Reminder and Owing Script reports
The user would like to have the ability to include patients' Medicare and concession number on New Script Reminder and Owing Script reports.
There should be a toggle option to include this information or not when generating the reports.

PBS Status Tile
The PBS status tile is not updated in real time on all Fred+ instances. This is most annoying when one sees that the tile is RED but on going into the claim screen there is no error.

Sigs - can we do better?
Might you consider changing the direction of the sigs "d" and "od" from "daily" to "Once a day". I base this request on the following.
In Australian Pharmacist VOLUME 41 : NUMBER 2 : APRIL 2018, it was noted that
"three cases of paediatric dosing errors involving prednisolone.
In each case, parents administered prednisolone three times a day rather than daily as intended. While the directions on the label appeared to be correct – for example ‘give 3 mL daily after food for three days’ – they were misinterpreted"4 votes -

Update private dispense workflow to enter drug before price
The private pricing box is confusing where the curser lands. It would be better if the curser stayed in the patient pricing box and replicated changed in the pricing window that opens.
4 votesThanks for the feedback. We’ll review the current implementation to see how we can improve the pricing screen experience.

pressing Esc to cancel printing multiple labels
When asked how many labels to print pressing Esc should print no labels similar to Fred classic behaviour.
Right now IF it asks me if I want t for example print15 labels and I press escape it will print 15 labels which can be quiet annoying and wasteful especially if just trying to quickly edit something in a script without reprinting

Remove Scripts from Holding/Deleted Report Once Reclaimed
Remove scripts that been put on hold from the Holding/Deleted Scripts report when they have been successfully reclaimed. At the moment scripts remain listed as 'on hold' in this report even though they have been reclaimed. This makes it difficult to determine which scripts have and have not been reclaimed when going through this report.

Default directions for Schedule 3 medicines
Do you have the capability to set default directions for Schedule 3 medicines that we can customise ourselves? This feature would be helpful for dispensing technicians, as it would save time by eliminating the need to manually input dosage instructions or notes for each prescription.

Change of colours in Dispense Plus
In Fred Office we can change the colour scheme and in Fred Classic the colours are vibrant and make sense. The colour scheme of Plus is limited and low vibrancy, the icons on the side (which are irrelevant to patient safety) are brighter than the actual dispense interface.

New generic shortcut for Generic Drugs
F11/GS and G will only display the Drug PBS code selected on initial search.
With the amount of 60 day supply medication increasing, selecting the incorrect PBS code is also becoming common for manul scripts.Having a Generic Drug search, eg GD from the drug field, to show all PBS codes for the generic drug, would help reduce dispensing errors as we currently have to mov back to the Drug field and edit the drug select to then find the correct PBS code.

Check escript when scanning label
Be able to check an escript when the label is scanned immediately after dispensing. Having to go into "final check" is an extra unnecessary step especially when you are the dispensing pharmacist. MINFOS have this ability already.

60 days price
Can a separate option be created which allows pharmacies to charge "allowable additional patient charge" for 60 days dispensing? This will help pharmacies to charge maximum PBS price for 60 days scripts without affecting the price for 30 days.
