    At the moment there is a limit to only view 5 scripts on the right hand side of the medview basket, would like to it to be increase so there is no limit.

  2. Dynamic Drug Ranking with highlighted drug rankings

    Allow a hybrid drug ranking system during brand/drug search. I like the dynamic default rankings but would also like to see my high ranked drugs in a different colour

  3. print QR code on the dupliacte

    we need the QR code to be printed on the duplicate sticker as it currently does on claim sticker. this will help with sorting the scripts and attach each duplicate to the claimable script and we do not have to go through mismatch everyday and move it to duplicates

  4. Patient profile notes

    Patient profile notes. It takes a extra step (click in and out) to go into and out of patient notes. Previous FRED set up better.

  5. Ability to remove script records in the repeat remaining (F3) screen

    The user wants an ability to delete script records from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen. This could be helpful if a prescriber cancels an e-script repeat chain, causing it unavailable for dispensing. If they can remove it from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen, it will avoid any confusion among users.

  6. Allow Charging to newly created Fred Office account types

    Option to autocharge to different account types for a patient
    e.g. patient has a Workcover/personal and Community (custom account type)
    Prompt to charge script to any of the three
    At the moment, can only charge to default Fred Office accounts

  7. Naturopath listed as a prescriber

    We get scripts from naturopaths who do not have a prescriber number so the only way around it is to have them as a casual prescriber.

    Either have a Naturopath in the drop down list or an 'other'.

  8. Promotion price to display when dispensing an S3 or OTC item on sale

    If site has Fred Office and Fred Dispense it would be great when dispensing an S3 or OTC item that is on catalogue for this price to be visible in Dispense. Currently only shows the normal retail price and not the price advertised on the sale shelf ticket

  10. Include default directions e.g. Take/Swallow whole/Inhale when using DD directions

    Include the default drug form instructions (take, swallow whole, inhale) when using the dd Dr directions shortcut.

  11. Owing & required script report combined

    Would love to be able to print a report where we could print a list of owing AND required scripts (combined) by facility and prescriber. We were previously able to do this and it cut down on the number of reports needing to be printed when requesting prescriptions for nursing home and community webster patients

  12. Dispense an owing authority script without needing to enter authority number

    Would like to be able to dispense an owing authority script (e.g. Nexium 20) without needing to enter an authority and receiving subsequent warnings.

  13. Safety Net Tile Alert

    Change the colour of the safety net tile if a safety net family is approaching safety net AND/OR provide an indicator of mixed family entitlements (where some family members may be general and some may be concession/DVA)

    Users want a shortcut for not printing repeat script

  15. PBS claim screen enhancements

    Once choose the category for display [Repat, General, Entitlement, Concession,...]. Should have the ability to sort those prescriptions into numerical order. Those that are marked off owing are sorted as the date and are very hard to locate. Can be done but take a long time for shop assistants.

  16. Critical authority rejection warning

    Users would like the system to highlight as Rejection rather than Warning when PBS returns the critical authority rejection warning, such as W150 (Authority prescription number provided not found in authority records), for a script so that it does not get missed.

  20. birthdays

    When dispensing for a patient who is having a Birthday it would be good if the screen could flash or something similar. Sound Effects?
