  1. Toggle on / off F11 acknowledgement for incorrect scan

    From the V48 update to Fred Dispense Plus: now you must press F11 to acknowledge the wrong scan before proceeding.

    We do a lot of multi box scanning and it is very frustrating when 1 wrong scan marks all previous 10 scans of the same product as incorrect. Our scanners are very sensitive and sometimes register the correct product's barcode with 1 less number, marking it as an incorrect scan.

    We had no problem with how Fred Plus previously had the scan setting.

    Ideally if we can toggle on/off the F11 acknowledgement step to revert Fred Plus scanning to how…

  3. E-token repeats need active ingredients listed on them please.

  4. Adjust dates when viewing the wait screen

    adjust the dates for scripts viewing on the wait screen. it's useful to see who has used a product recently. much more efficient than using a report. Z offers this

  6. Change of default file extension

    When clicking SAVE on a report the file is saved as (.prnx) file that no one can open. Can it default to .pdf?

  7. Be able to make a document for 'custom sigs' on a template that can be imported at different pharmacy locations

    To improve consistency between different pharmacies, to be able to generate a document that has a list of 'custom sigs' and their directions that can be imported into FRED DISPENSE PLUS as a whole, rather than adding each 'custom sig' one by one. Other pharmacies (not the same ownership) could also download these documents if they also want to use the same list of 'custom sigs'.

  8. Change of colours in Dispense Plus

    In Fred Office we can change the colour scheme and in Fred Classic the colours are vibrant and make sense. The colour scheme of Plus is limited and low vibrancy, the icons on the side (which are irrelevant to patient safety) are brighter than the actual dispense interface.

  9. disable F1 shortcut for Online Fred Help

    F1 key is so close to F2, we keep on hitting on while trying to launch Patient History. if there is an option to stop F1 from launching internet browser > online fred help that would be amazing.

  12. Dynamic Drug Ranking with highlighted drug rankings

    Allow a hybrid drug ranking system during brand/drug search. I like the dynamic default rankings but would also like to see my high ranked drugs in a different colour

  14. Ability to remove script records in the repeat remaining (F3) screen

    The user wants an ability to delete script records from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen. This could be helpful if a prescriber cancels an e-script repeat chain, causing it unavailable for dispensing. If they can remove it from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen, it will avoid any confusion among users.

    Option to autocharge to different account types for a patient
    e.g. patient has a Workcover/personal and Community (custom account type)

  16. Naturopath listed as a prescriber

    We get scripts from naturopaths who do not have a prescriber number so the only way around it is to have them as a casual prescriber.

    Either have a Naturopath in the drop down list or an 'other'.

  17. Important PBS warnings to pop up

    The user is seeking a way to ensure that crucial PBS warnings like W323 are prominently displayed on the screen, similar to how PBS rejections trigger a prominent red error message. In a busy pharmacy setting, it can be challenging to click on an exclamation mark for each prescription with a warning in order to view the details of the warning.
