Persistent Login/SSO for Fred+ Dispense: Stay Logged In to eMIMs, AMH, NDSS, and eTG Tools
Fred+ Dispense integrates essential tools such as eMIMs, AMH, NDSS, and etg, yet it lacks persistent login sessions, saved credentials or a Single Sign-On (SSO) feature.
Users find it quicker to access these tools via Google Chrome, where saved login details enable instant access, even though this is a less than ideal scenario.
Implementing persistent login sessions within Fred Dispense Plus would not only streamline access to these critical resources but also enhance the user experience and greatly improve workflow productivity without needing to leave the Fred+ Dispense ecosystem.5 votesThank you for your feedback

Patient profile notes. It takes a extra step (click in and out) to go into and out of patient notes. Previous FRED set up better.

Ability to remove script records in the repeat remaining (F3) screen
The user wants an ability to delete script records from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen. This could be helpful if a prescriber cancels an e-script repeat chain, causing it unavailable for dispensing. If they can remove it from the "repeat remaining" (F3) screen, it will avoid any confusion among users.

Naturopath listed as a prescriber
We get scripts from naturopaths who do not have a prescriber number so the only way around it is to have them as a casual prescriber.
Either have a Naturopath in the drop down list or an 'other'.

Make overlaying windows more obvious (e.g. patient history)
Windows such as initial patient history is currently grey and aligned to dispense area - would be good if this border was a brighter colour (not/blue grey). Looks like the program is frozen when trying to dispense and history is up. Maybe a flash of the window or small shake would help to indicate that the window needs to be closed to continue

Shift Message on Address Label so it appears higher up
Added Message on Address Label prints too low on the main label. It is very easy to miss because it usually overlaps the red "Keep out of reach of children" line on the bottom.
Also, if the message is a little bit longer, it gets cut off from the label and part of it is missing.

Upon selecting a drug, the user wishes to have a clear visual flag on the main dispense screen indicating whether the chosen drug has a predetermined set price. This indicator should be visible without the need to navigate to the pricing tile or the F7 screen.

Owing & required script report combined
Would love to be able to print a report where we could print a list of owing AND required scripts (combined) by facility and prescriber. We were previously able to do this and it cut down on the number of reports needing to be printed when requesting prescriptions for nursing home and community webster patients

PBS claim screen enhancements
Once choose the category for display [Repat, General, Entitlement, Concession,...]. Should have the ability to sort those prescriptions into numerical order. Those that are marked off owing are sorted as the date and are very hard to locate. Can be done but take a long time for shop assistants.
