Pricing Non-Drug Items
Allow for integration of dispense with non-drug stock cards e.g. OTC items for the safe dispensing i.e. scan check ability. Also the ability to have set prices for non-drug items e.g. Webster Pak fees could be charged via Dispense without the need to overtype the price when charging multiples - e.g X1 for $5 then X2 for $10 rather than currently using dispensing fees etc

PN Pricing from classic
In Fred Dispense, I would use PN in the script to dispense a script as a private script but use the NHS (PBS) Price. Introduce an option to achieve the same with a single click/code to type

Medication profile to show dates or previous dispensings
In Dispense classic, you were able to see previous dates of a dispensed script in the tips toolbar as you select each line in the Medication Profile
Please introduce this back into FD+. The compliance check is good but I'd like to see the compliance check/history window while I click through the medication profile so I can still see previous dispense dates without needing to reselect the medication each time.2 votes -
Medication Strength Not Displayed in Patient History Filter Results
When viewing a patient’s history after opening their profile, the Filter function (Ctrl + F) does not display the full description of medications.
For example, if a patient has previously been dispensed Sertraline 50 mg and Sertraline 100 mg, the filter results display the medication as “Sertraline…”, without showing the strength. This makes it difficult to distinguish between the different strengths.
The full medication description is only displayed after maximising the screen by pressing Windows key + Up Arrow. Once the screen is maximised, the medication history displays the complete drug description, including the strength even with the Filter function.

Show account status in Debtor form or on the Debtor tile
At the moment, a patient linked closed account shows no balance/credit limit in the debtor tile. If the debtor tile is opened, there is no clear indicator that the linked account is closed.
Please include words "Closed account" instead of leaving the debtor tile blank OR include an account status "Open/Closed" in the opened Debtor form2 votesThank you for your feedback

Patient name to print on small label on top right
Would like patient name to print in bold on small label on the top right side (small duplicate label). It is useful to use this sticker to label the baskets to easily identify them on the shelf.

Print Patient ID in the top right hand Fred sticker
In Fred Classic, the address labels printed a small patient barcode on the top left thin label of the address label. We use this barcode to stick on to dose administration aids, then scan these in dispense to search for the patient (as an ID check when patients are collecting their DAA). Dispense Plus doenst currently print this barcode, is this a feature we can turn on?

Safetynet prompt when marking off owing
Scenario: Patient total script value is $276.90 and there is one Owing script in the patient history. Marking off the owing script increased the total to $284.00, exceeding the Safety Net threshold.
Current behaviour: When the owing script status is edited from Owing to Normal to mark it off, Fred Dispense Plus does not prompt to issue a Safety Net card. However, if the owing script is cancelled and re-dispensed to mark it off, the system correctly prompts to issue a Safety Net card.
Expected behaviour: Fred Dispense Plus should prompt to issue an Entitlement Safety Net card when an…

Quick Drug Pricing (F7) screen
When a private drug has a specific Fee Level and Markup Level configured in its drug card, the Quick Drug Pricing (F7) screen still calculates and displays the private pricing using Fee Level 0 and Markup Level 0. User would like the Quick Drug Pricing screen to use the Fee Level and Markup Level configured in the drug card when displaying the drug's private pricing.
