Exclude deceased patients from safety net reports
Patients who have been flagged as deceased should no longer be included in the PRF if they have not contributed to the SN threshold for that year.
Alternatively, they could also be automatically unlinked in family maintenance.9 votesThank you, good suggestion

Script Scan
When editing the prescription system, display a scanning indicator. Use a green checkmark for a correct scan, a red X for an incorrect scan, and leave it blank if no scan is detected.

Address Label
Phone numbers on Address Labels have been implemented & that is great...
However, the system should remember my choice i.e. whether I want to print phone numbers each time. It is currently defaulting to "No" and when toggled to "Yes" - it remains that way for a while (perhaps overnight) then toggles back to "No".
The system should stay on the setting specified until changed.2 votesThank you for your feedback

Set price list
I can't seem to be able to print a set price list for under co-payment and private lines. An easily printable table with set price, last cost etc would be very helpful for quick pricing reviews.
Secondly the set pricing process is tedious. I have seen other vendors (ie. MINFOS) where pricing can be updated in a table form, quickly moving from drug to drug as opposed to logging into each line individually through ADMINISTRATION>DRUGS

Suggest for initial search to search for drug description AND generic description?

Owing & required script report combined
Would love to be able to print a report where we could print a list of owing AND required scripts (combined) by facility and prescriber. We were previously able to do this and it cut down on the number of reports needing to be printed when requesting prescriptions for nursing home and community webster patients

Format telephone numbers
When entering patient and prescriber telephone numbers they should be automatically separated into shorter blocks of digits or ‘chunks’.
Telephone numbers are easier to read and confirm when their digits are chunked, rather than appearing in one large group as they are now.
Australian telephone numbers in general use have no more than 10 digits and the software should prompt you if you have missed entering a digit:
Landlines – 2 digits for the area code followed by 8 digits for the rest of the telephone number i.e., 02 XXXX XXXX .
Mobiles – 10 digits (there is no area…

Currently, scan check status does not reset after changing brand > due to this user is unable to perform scan check with the new brand again
Scenario
