Check escript when scanning label
Be able to check an escript when the label is scanned immediately after dispensing. Having to go into "final check" is an extra unnecessary step especially when you are the dispensing pharmacist. MINFOS have this ability already.

More than 5 erxs not visible in Dispense queue
When scanning in more than 5 erx's into the Medview Flow the whole job is not visible in the column on Fred dispense Plus. Only the first 5 rxs are visible and a comment of (5 of 10 rxs) for example is underneath. If it could be expanded to see the total order if would be beneficial

New column in wait screen for dispenser's initials
New column in wait screen showing the dispenser's initials for each script. It is helpful to quickly track down who dispensed each script. Can there be some more customisation with the column chooser so each user can choose what columns are displayed on the wait screen (e.g. earlier suggestion for Paid status of each script etc)

final check ring tone
Have an optional cheerful ring tone go off after a script has had the final check. After checking 50, have a bunch of balloons (or tablets) be released with a special tone. After 100 have been checked, fireworks!

Expired DD scripts appearing/being able to scan into Medview
If Medview could recognise DD scripts as having a 6 month expiry that would allow an alert popping up when we go to scan it in to the queue as well as disappearing from MySl altogether.

Minor details need to be improved
Arrow buttons are not used on Fred Plus:
For example: When deleting owing scripts, we can't use the arrow button to move 'YES' "NO" to save the owing deleted script on the profile. When you are editing the patient's profile and it was cut out into half from the computer screen, there is no way you could move the window so you could save the patient's profile. It's very frustrating because you have to close the whole thing down to start again.

NEED MORE SHORTCUTS
CTRL+S feature: When create a patient's profile or save any details, CTRL + S is not working on Fred Plus. It's not easy to use the mouse all the time.
CTRL+F4 feature: To bring up the medication's profile and remaining repeats and owings report (all in one page) but not on Fred Plus. Fred Plus has the feature of owings scripts and new scripts required and we have to print separately - waste of time and paper.

Display Directions in History of Final Check
Adding the patient directions to the Final Check screen would allow our Pharmacists to check that if there have been any dose changes to be discussed with the patient as well as confirm that the dispensing are correct. currently we are having to press Edit then F2, then Filter for the drug to confirm previous supplies directions which is taking us extra time for each script.

60 days price
Can a separate option be created which allows pharmacies to charge "allowable additional patient charge" for 60 days dispensing? This will help pharmacies to charge maximum PBS price for 60 days scripts without affecting the price for 30 days.

PDE number on wait screen
Would it be possible to add the wholesaler PDE number to the screen that appears once the script is dispensed? Currently the label appears and the following tiles: coding sticker, warnings, safety net, CMI. It would be very beneficial for ordering products we do not keep and more importantly high cost fridge items which we cannot return. We usually dispense the item first obtain the PDE number and then use this to enter into our wholesaler portal to double check we have the correct product.
Currently we have to try and remember to obtain the PDE when dispensing the script…7 votesThank you for your feedback
