  1. Currently, when a script is an authority script, the system prints the letter "A" in front of the claim category (e.g., "AG" for Authority General Script). However, the user finds this irrelevant and confusing for sorting purposes. The user wishes to just have the letter "G" printed for any general script including the authority script. This change would make it easier for people to sort the scripts based on their claim category.

  3. When selecting reports under the reports menu, (e.g. Reports>Drug Reports), closing this screen also collapses the main Reports menu. Would like closing sub-menus to take us back to the main Reports menu to make it easier to try and locate a report when you're not sure which sub-menu it may be under.

  4. When we input an external safety net card number it would be good to have an extra field to add the external pharmacy name and number so that if there are any rejection issues ie paperwork not submitted to the PBS we can easily contact them if needed, especially if we have had that number in our system for quite a while and the patient has misplaced their card.

  5. When setting "repeats held" there should be a field where you can enter a file number for the repeats and this information should be displayed at the top of the screen where the "repeats held" line is

  6. The user would like a new column added in the wait screen to show if scripts have been paid or not. At the moment, the user can check this information in the script audit screen but finds it too troublesome.

  7. It would be handy to see where the Last Buy price is GREATER than the PBS W/C cost at the time of selecting the drug or from the Drug Details Tile
    Give the Pharmacist/Dispenser a reason to questions the validity of the data and confirm/update prices before processing the script.

  8. Currently there is no way to 'inactive' or 'archive' users that are no longer needed on the system.
    Can you please create a function to be able to give us the ability to inactivate users?

  9. SMS feature integration. This feature allows user to send a SMS text to customer for non-urgent things, such as to let them know their order has arrived or their drug is being ordered etc. This does not have to be complicated or involved with auto reminding customers when they're due for a repeat because we have got Medadvisor for that. Fred should charge user the fee for the amount of texts sent at the end of the month, or make it as a "recharge as you go", either way is ok.

  12. It's great you have the script prescribed date in the patient history when you bring them up. Perhaps make the EXPIRED scripts and Close to Expiry scripts ( i.e. Prescribed date) more visible e.g. bold or different colour. This will alert dispensers to remind customers too . Right now all the text are the same font/bolding so makes it hard.

  13. We use a non-inventory item to charge for websterpacks: call it a service product, if you will. This item is set to "Non-Inventory" in FredOffice. When we "dispense" this item we still get the stock warning. Can this warning please be disabled for non-inventory stock lines?

  14. Ability to print the tax invoice (Report > Patient Report > Tax Print) for a group of patients in a nursing home at once.

    Currently, users have to look up and print it patient by patient

  15. Is there a way to schedule reports to be emailed. Eg my accountant wants script analysis reports monthly from Fred Dispense +, and also batch reports from sales and banking summary in Fred Office, would be good to set them to just be sent on the 1st of every month

  16. User would like an option to generate a report on scripts that are final checked.

  17. When we print address labels it asks about delivery, if we select things are for delivery can it then send it to a list/page/separate diary register about deliveries? Is there a way to set a recurring delivery. Eg we deliver a particular webster every Friday or every 2nd Friday etc

  19. Column chooser option to show prescribing doctor OR when click history display show prescribing doctor in rx details (so we can collate which rx are missing from specific doctors)
