    ability to use NR_ and SE_ on all script types not just those flagged as S8 or S4D. This is especially important for dispensing compounded scripts under Blank misc etc when we want to illustrate the dates pertaining to the prescription regulations

  3. Show BRAND name in history with ingredient name

    The patient history sometimes just shows ingredient name and not the brand name - would be better if it showed Brand name, maybe even in brackets, so we know what brand we have dispensed in the past so as not to cause confusion

  4. PBS Status Tile

    The PBS status tile is not updated in real time on all Fred+ instances. This is most annoying when one sees that the tile is RED but on going into the claim screen there is no error.

    As it is possible to choose the order of generic and trade names on the label, it would be useful to have this option on the repeat authorisation too!

  7. Extemporaneous reporting

    can we please have the ability to run a drug usage report for extemporaneous items? We are a compounding pharmacy and need this to show our true workload.

    Report would provide a list eScript claim serial numbers (ie. Cs, Gs, Rs and Es) in the same fashion as the Excluded Claim Number report

  11. Medical Practice / Hospital field

    Medical Practice / Centre / Hospital name field for Prescribers.

    Allowing for reporting on the "center" (a group of prescribers)
    Ability to use the "center* to quick add prescribers address / phone / fax / emails

    S100 report with below fields:
    Medicare/DVA Number, Patient First Name, Patient Last Name, Patient Home Postcode, Co-Payment Category, PBS Item Description, PBS Item Code, Date of Dispensing, Unique Dispensing ID, Reg 24 Script?, S24 Marker

  16. Extemps

    Whilst the Extemp pricing works fine for PBS items, it is lacking in simplicity for private items. There has to be an easier way to privately price 500g of "bollocks" ointment.
    All I want to do is a private ointment, 500g at $25.00. I dont care about the cost; I just want to set a price at $25.00. The hoops that I have to jump through to get close to this price (and this qty - yep, I make it a qty=1 and in the description add 500g) are unnecessary.

  17. Drug report - by molecule

    Like in Fred Classic, may we have drug reports by molecule? Something like "Olanzapine?" in the drug search will give us a report of ALL strengths (and, so, all brands) of the molecule.

    At present we can only report on molecule and strength.

  20. Electronic Signature for Receipts when emailing

    when selecting save receipt as PDF to email it would be great to be able to add an electronic signature to it.
