Real-time updates on all terminals
Any idea when real-time messaging on all terminals will happen. By real-time I mean
1. Claim tile changing to green when someone on another terminal fixes the issue or, indeed, to reflect the current status of the claim
2. The eRx queue
3. The dispense list (wait screen)etc

Ability to add own allergies
Some allergies, such as Elastoplast, are not included in the current list of allergies within Fred Plus. The user would like to have the ability to "free type"/add their own allergies.

Have dispense notes appear in 'quick' history
Allow history/script notes to appear in the history list on the dispensing screen and in script check
There is often important info in those notes and it reduces the likelihood of things getting missed because it's not seen9 votesThank you for your feedback

Increase character limit for own brand drug name
The current 30-character limit for own brand drug names is no longer adequate, particularly when creating own brand drug cards for medicinal cannabis items. Please consider increasing the character limit for own brand drug.

Patient History should show if an item has been dispensed with GST (like Fred Classic)
Fred Dispense Plus does not show in the patient history if an item was dispensed with GST. Some items need to be dispensed that have GST (e.g. OTC items etc). In Fred Dispense Classic, a small + symbol appears next to the price to indicate that it is "GST-inclusive". There does not appear to be any indication of this in Fred Dispense Plus, and so you have to either go back in and "edit" the item to see if GST has been flagged, or print a patient receipt. This increases the likelihood of GST and charging errors by the pharmacy.

Customised PBS fees do not apply to mixtures that require users to add water
Mixtures that require users to add water (eg Amoxil 250mg/5ml) are considered extemp for PBS pricing purposes
Because of this, the customized PBS fees, which are only for ready-prepared items, do not apply when dispensing those mixtures
Users want the customized PBS fees to apply for mixtures too

Continued Dispensing Printing
Toggle Yes/No if you want to print out the Continued Dispensing Consumer Declaration and Prescriber Notification Form.
No other dispensing system requires this, probably better to remove altogether, as its a waste of paper.

Add Stock on hand column to drug search
When searching for a drug in the Drugs List, there is not Stock on hand column. I can see it when using F7 or when dispensing but seeing it in the drug list search will help me identify which items need to priced (the ones with SOH showing)

Prescriber Bag Select from List
There are just over 40 drugs that are on the Prescriber Bag list (https://www.pbs.gov.au/browse/doctorsbag)
Change the workflow so that you do not need to search for each drug. When a drs bag script is presented click the seach button in FD+ and display the dull Prescribers Bag list of items.
Select the prescribed/ordered drugs by 'ticking' each item. Then have the ability to dispense in bulk.
All these drugs will have the same date, same prescriber, no directions and are $0.00 this will help streaming the processes for these scripts.8 votesThank you for your feedback

Format telephone numbers
When entering patient and prescriber telephone numbers they should be automatically separated into shorter blocks of digits or ‘chunks’.
Telephone numbers are easier to read and confirm when their digits are chunked, rather than appearing in one large group as they are now.
Australian telephone numbers in general use have no more than 10 digits and the software should prompt you if you have missed entering a digit:
Landlines – 2 digits for the area code followed by 8 digits for the rest of the telephone number i.e., 02 XXXX XXXX .
Mobiles – 10 digits (there is no area…

e-script option displayed on dispense screen / patient details
Before finishing dispensing an E-Script, have it clearly shown in Patient Details where any repeat will go (i.e PRINT, SMS, MySL, etc).
This should save time correcting after the fact.8 votesThe preference is shown just underneath the blue patient banner. Does it need to be more prominent?
